I greatly appreciated the resort’s high level of safety and security. The staff were consistently attentive and friendly, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated with a well-designed layout. I also enjoyed the buffet options available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as the food quality was very good.

Everything!!! Staff was super nice, food was great, valet was awesome, facilities where beautiful, the room was gorgeous, location was perfect and I loved Muñeca the cat boss! 10/10 I would recommend this to anyone going to Acapulco.

Resort is not full working but for me it was awesome.

When I first arrived the desk put me in an old dirty, dark and uncomfortable room. I spoke with the desk and was the moved to a much more comfortable room with an excellent ocean view the was clean and had the amenities that I that I was getting when I booked my stay. This was 133 and was very comfortable and had refreshing qualities I reserved my stay for. Refrigerator. Nice bathroom with hairdryer, a safe, and ironing board. Then I was totally satisfied. My first night there I didn’t sleep well because of its location, and a dirty bathroom. Next stay I would like to be placed in room 134 or the same room I was in the second night of my stay. I was less than impressed with the room I given the first night.

Comfortable bed, clean room and building every day, pool open, very close to the beach.
