Well located and the personal very kind

Quiet, quaint, old-world inn with a tropical garden courtyard, yet close to Centro, restaurants, shopping and a short taxi ride from bus station.

It is a big property and everything worked well. The staff kept the rooms clean for us daily. The staff are very professional, accommodating, and friendly. The restaurant is very good and convenient for when you have plans and don’t have time to eat breakfast out. Also La Churreria, a wonderful restaurant, is right across from the Hotel. This hotel is also right next to a major park. It is also conveniently accessible by car of taxi.

I have a medical condition and when I first checked in I thought I would have to leave because the room had stairs and the street felt steep for me to walk up. The front desk man went over and above to find us a room that allowed me to sleep on the lower level and my daughter in the loft. I also paid for parking next door so I could just walk up a ramp and honestly it was absolutely a wonderful stay.

I have returned to this hotel multiple times, and will keep coming back. It's such a gem. Beautiful colonial building, cosy rooms and delicious breakfast
