When questioned about an unanswered pre-arrival inquiry on Booking.com, management dismissively stated they are not required to reply if the information exists on their website. ​Disastrous Dining: The hotel failed to disclose a major wedding reception. For our dinner reservation, we were seated at a lone table placed on a stair landing, subjected to constant foot traffic and noise from wedding guests. The next morning, arriving five minutes after the 8:30 breakfast opening found staff still setting up and core items, like scrambled eggs, already completely unavailable. ​Apathetic Checkout: Management refused to compensate both dinners and showed zero accountability, offering a standard apology only after it was explicitly demanded. ​This stay was a complete failure in basic hospitality and administrative competence

We had a mixed experience during our stay. The room was clean and well maintained. Although it was quite small, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One unpleasant issue was the large number of ants we encountered, which negatively affected our overall experience. The indoor pool was absolutely amazing and was definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool was closed during our visit, which was disappointing. The food was varied and enjoyable on the first day, but after that the selection became quite limited and repetitive. As for the staff, some were very friendly and helpful, while others seemed rather indifferent. They were not unfriendly, but often appeared focused solely on completing their tasks. We also experienced some communication difficulties, as the majority of the staff did not speak English, making it challenging to ask questions or receive assistance at times. Overall, the hotel has some strong points, particularly the excellent indoor pool and the cleanliness of the rooms, but there are several areas where improvements could significantly enhance the guest experience.
