Room was clean, cleaned out daily. The design is dated, but functional with comfy beds and pillows. What's worth noting is silence during night time. Breakfast was good. The spa is small but sufficient, massages are performed exceptionally well. Location is near perfect.

Kids enjoyed the pool area and kid town as well and the outdoor playground . Great walk in closet , clean rooms .

The location was perfect, as we were a few steps away from the city center. The property was clean and easy to locate, communication was easy as well. The area is calm and perfect for a long weekend in Karpacz. The rooms are provided with all necessities and the property also has a kitchen available for guests to make their meals, or make some coffee.

Perła Karkonoszy is located in the centre, close to restaurants and shops, it offers big parking so we felt safe leaving our car. It is a nice addition to stay that we could use SPA facilities and enjoy billiard in the evenings. Highly recommend!

The staff were friendly, and it was nice and warm inside—the radiators were working well and we were able to dry our wet clothes. Breakfast.

The staff was super nice, helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and cozy. We were lucky to have a room with a terrace above a water stream, which was amazing.

The resort is very well equipped for family vacations and especially in colder and rainy weather the pools and saunas are just perfect. To the point it was difficult to convince our kids to go explore the surroundings. Animation programs for kids were wonderful thanks to Kasha and Zuza and many playgrounds and play rooms that can be found throughout the resort. The breakfasts and dinners were good, local with amazing diversity and we had a lot of fun exploring different dishes.
