Convenient, very nice, quiet, clean

It is just perfect. Super clean and modern. Excellent room size and facilities. I extended my stay. Thank you Ms. Victoria in reception. Very helpful.

Parking was underground and safe. Breakfast had a great selection of food. Restaurant was available til midnight and was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. The map provided by the hotel was easy to follow and the information on the back side of it provided important details about the main sights to see in the historical center. We would stay here again. WiFi was excellent.

Room cleanliness, customer attention

It was wonderful. Our stay was great but we actually misplaced my husband’s wallet the morning we were leaving. We searched the entire room with no luck. We left assuming he lost it elsewhere feeling distraught. The staff was aware but had not seen it. Later that same day we received an unexpected call from the staff saying they found the wallet wedged between the mattress and the wall. They not only found it but sent it to us. We received it with everything intact. They went above and beyond to get it to us. A glowing example of outstanding customer service! I would absolutely recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. It was spacious and very clean. The apartment had all the necessary furniture and kitchenware for living, cooking, and dining. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was a streetlight in the parking area that shone into the window all night, but fortunately, there were blinds that could be closed to block it out. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

It was the right hotel located at the right location, an old city with interesting and beautiful historical places, very good and diverse restaurants.

What a stunning property! The hotel exceeded my expectations with its beautiful grounds and exceptional service. Though it's somewhat off the beaten path, this actually worked in our favor - we enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere and felt like we had our own private retreat.

A very spacious and quiet room (actually I booked a room but we got a suite with two very spacious rooms), the double bed was a real double bed of 190cm (one mattress, not the usual twins brought together) making for a very comfortable sleep. The breakfast buffet had everything one needs for a big and delicious breakfast.

The bed was a little soft but comfortable. I slept well. The breakfast was very good, especially the twaróg.

I love the property is very old-school traditional. It has a Bavarian vibe to me.
