We liked everything: a room design, kitchen availability, clean bathroom which doesn't turn into mess after the first person has had a shower :) Also, the vila is very close to the seaside and the local restaurants. We enjoyed, too, that the stuff alllowed us to stay a bit longer than the checkout hour.

Great location, quick walk from the train station and also a quick walk to the beach. It is cozy, well maintained, clean and the owners are just wonderful people.

Well located, close to main sea beaches and Techirghiol. The owner and staff are very kind and helpful. The facility is clean, with spacious rooms with balconies, furniture in good condition. Beds are comfortable, with good quality linen and towels. Fridge, A/C, TV and good internet connection are available in the room. The facility has a kitchen and a shaded terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture.

The property is located in a very good area. Easy access to everything you need. Easy parking (no need for the underground parking ) , nice staff, pictures are true to reality and the apartments are very spacious.

Nu am avut mic dejun si nici nu am simtit nevoia. Camera nu e mare, dar e doatata cu tot ce trebuie, Un mare plus este balconul, mare si umbrit, cu verdeata in jur. Curatenie zilnic, prosoape schimbate zilnic daca se doreste.

Green nice garden with facilities, coffee, confortable rooms, nice staff, very good location.

I loved every minute here. I took a solo spa/seaside weekend to relax and reset and I think this was the perfect place. The room was comfortable, I had a spectacular view of both the Black Sea and Techirghiol Lake from the 8th floor. Breakfast was a varied buffet for any taste, and the weather was mild enough for breakfast on the terrace with a local friendly cat. The restaurant food was amazing, and they stock excellent wines. The outdoor pool was unavailable during my stay but I enjoyed the indoor pool with Techirghiol salt water, a dip in the jacuzzi, and of course the spa. I booked a relaxation spa package and cannot recommend it enough. I especially loved the facial - I walked out of this hotel looking 5 years younger.

Am fost multumit de conditiile din camera (patul, pernele si baia au fost curate si au fost confortabile). Mic-dejunul a fost variat dar acelasi in fiecare zi.

Price, staff, comfort, close to beach and shops.

A huge triple room with a balcony, very clean, less than 10 minutes walking from the beach. There is a tv and an air conditioning in the room, and enough towels. I have never met such a nice administrator, she let us check in/ out a lot more earlier/ later. An excellent value for the money.

The price was on the average side, it had private parking (if you have space, since only a few cars fit there, otherwise you park on the street or who knows where). You also get sunbeds included.
