Our 2 nights stay in casa de poveste was a wonderful feeling to live in traditional wooden houses with great amenities. Beautiful landscape, the host was very nice. Large kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal and a big dining hall. Very quiet.

Everything is good. Comfortable bed, useful kettle with complimentary tea-coffees, small mini-bar with additional affordable price if someone wants to refresh. Best thing - is an amazing view over city center, church and mountains. Hotel is conveniently located on ways to visit both Humor and Voronets Monasteries (UNESCO Heritage Sites). In addition you can easily visit local farmer market just in few minutes from the Hotel. Hope to be visited this amazing place again soon.

We loved everything about Poiana de Vis. Sorin and his wife greeted us like family, making us feel at home immediately. We are walking the Via Transilvanica and Sorin offered to pick us up at the monastery when we arrived. We declined, but later accepted his offer to take us back to the monastery to explore. The room was super cozy and comfortable, and the setting is fabulous. Having Tochitruck (a cool food truck concept run by Julien, the son) so close by made getting a fabulous dinner and breakfast easy.
