The apartment is fully furnished and has everything u need. Just ask for the washing machine if its not in the room and they will give one

Staff are all polite and they allow us for early check in and late check out which gives us a very convenient time. KUDOS to the Supervisor.

Everything is new and a pleasant comfy atmosphere, the lobby is spacious and welcoming. Did the job for a practical stay. And the location is superb as it's so close to the metro station and many attractions are easily accessible. The staff were fabulous and very helpful.

I love the room size, the immaculate toilet and the pillow and beddings, it is like a 5 star level hotel. I have been living in Riyadh for the last 10 years, so to be in the city center and stay in Aloft is amazing

I recently had the pleasure of staying Intercontinental, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional hospitality, making me feel truly welcomed. The Suite room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the housekeeping service was top-notch. The location was also a major highlight for those looking for relaxing stay away from traffic and do have lovely surrounding garden.

Loved everything. I threw a private party there, Mr Iteb from the F&B was great, professional and very cooperative and made sure everything was easy for me, he cared about customer satisfaction, he surely deserves a bonus. As well as, Mr Mohammed Eid was very hard working, made sure up was to standard and perfectly suits the ritz Carlton culture, he’s amazing and deserves a bonus too. Miss Samar also was perfect, she went far and beyond she deserves to be the best employee of the year at the Ritz. Her service was perfect, fast and something I’ve never experienced in any other ritz hotels in Europe and she treated my party like it was hers. Thanks a lot to the great team at the F&B.

Cleanliness, location, facilities

The staffs are very hospitable, friendly and accommodating they will assist and help you once you needed. Also, the room was very comfortable and neat. Lastly the breakfast was so amazing and delicious. Keep up the good work.

Very clean, friendly staff (Mr Ismael and Mr Hany), outdoor rooftop pool maximum depth 110cm perfect for kids, big spacious rooms with nice amenities in room.
