Romantic Hotels in Mora

The most elegant room this far on our vacation. Dalarna decor - Dala horse curtains, embroidery pillows, tiled bathroom with heated towel racks. Great breakfast buffet. They even gave me their recipe for lingolimpa bread!

A quaint property in a great location. The rooms were well appointed and clean. Location was ideal for us on a quiet street in a very pedestrian friendly area with a very nice selection of restaurants and shops one block over and along a pedestrian only avenue. Just two blocks the other direction was a beautiful walking and biking path along Lake Siljan.

The place is fantastic and the view from the room, as well as from the restaurant, is just astonishing. Not just because of the lake, but thanks to the nice and pretty landscape of the surrounding country area. PARKING: private open air backyard just in front of the hotel building at the end of their private road CHECK-IN: easy and quick STAFF: nice and friendly. I mentioned that I'll leave earlier than the breakfast time and I was offered a breakfast bag to pick up the night before, as well as the possibility to take some of the warm coffee in the dining area, whenever I wanted. Really appreciated. WIFI/VPN: works MINIBAR: none KETTLE: none SIZE: kind of small, but it was ok for a solo. The view is beautiful, the pieces of furniture and decorations very stylish, warm and charming. CLEAN: yes, very much. BATHROOM: large and clean. Modern and very functional. QUIET: yes, a lot Services/Restaurants/Attractions around: I didn't roam around as I already did the shopping before getting in there in the last supermarket before the hotel, some 4-5 km away. The hotel has a very nice restaurant, with good service and delicious food. Not to mention the view, if I didn't enough already.
