This guest house was perfect for my friends and I as we made our way around Slovakia. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The food was great. Lights out at 10 (I believe), and there really are no lights, so if you have to leave your room, take your phone with you for light.

This is a beautiful, well laid out and cared for property. When you step inside the dining area, all the little touches add to the ambience of the experience (music, decorations, warmth) Our room was brand new, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The heated floors in the bathroom were so cozy. The owners clearly care about their guests feeling comfortable and well cared for. We spent two nights at this hotel, and our meals were exceptional… Far more than what we expected. Meals were not only tasty, but they were beautifully presented. Excellent communication with the owners prior to arrival, during our stay and as we were departing.

We had a great stay at Penzion Villa Mon Ami. We were lucky to be able to have a room with a balcony, which made all the difference. Very comfortable bed, clean bathroom, lovely view from the balcony. The location is ideal - quiet but easy walk to the centre for restaurants and start of hiking trails. Close to the stations at Stary Smokovec and Novy Smokovec. Would definitely come back here.

Lovely spot, right next to supermarket. Town easy to get around. Property had everything we needed, large bathroom with a bathtub, good kitchen facilities, lounge space etc... very comfortable. Had a slight issue with being given the wrong room number, but they resolved it very quickly!

Excellent location next to the train station. Very convenient to wander around the village and also to take the tram to other hikes and villages in the Tatras. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Good value and enjoyed my stay.

Spacious apartment, long opened restaurant whole day,close to skilift, large terrace

The apartment was spacious, clean, and conveniently located just behind the train station. The kitchen was well-equipped, including a dishwasher, which was very handy. The host was very helpful, with excellent communication, and kindly allowed us to store our luggage at the reception after check-out — something we really appreciated. The private wellness room was another highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable.
