The extremely warm welcome, we even were collected from the airport! We adore the beautiful room with a perfect view The breakfast was amazing and the pool was stunning!

We appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of Sai. She was so cute at the continental breakfast and my handicapped son feel so welcomed. The grounds were beautiful. The cleaning lady did such a great job cleaning the rooms and was such a kind and gentle person. The security nen at the beach were very helpful to me as I dragged my sons wheel chair back onto beach property

We stayed only for one night, but the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, everything was clean and the free airport shuttle was on time and really a great extra value

The location is perfect! Right on the beach with amazing restaurants and bars.

Room is clean and comfortable and toilet is clean as well. Staff is accommodating. Only one thing there is no halal food ☹️

Amazing location and privacy. It’s a nice place to relax and enjoy. The nearby beach of the JW Marriott. Nice activity within the Hotel. We are pleased with welcoming and surprise for our Anniversary. Our suite with the pool is stunning. Staffs were amazing and keen to help all the time.

Amazing hotel, large and very nice rooms. Food was amazing, especially the Italian restaurant. Must have been the best Italian food we ever had outside of Italy. Staff was great, very friendly and personal. The beach is quite some steps down the cliff, but worth it very much (transfer available as well). The beach is great, sand, the colors and the waves are amazing! Very nice initiative of the hotel to clean the beach weekly with guests invited.

Beautiful, remote, and full of natural beauty

Breakfast is excellent! Japanese cuisine at Hojo is simple and healthy. Overall Service is exceptional. Staffs appeared to be enjoying working in Banyan Tree. Daniel and Eve both helped us a lot at Reception. Kwang at Banyan Cafe and Bird at Recreation are very attentive. We recognized some staffs that have been working here for more than 20 years.
