We were in the area for our granddaughter’s graduation from Naval Officer Candidate School. The hotel location was great for getting to the Navy Base, restaurants, stores, and tourist sites. The property was clean, spacious, plenty of free parking, had a nice restaurant available for breakfast, etc, and the staff were friendly. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night.

Newport Beach Hotel & Suites is located in Middletown, within a 6-minute walk of Easton's Beach and 1.4 miles of International Tennis Hall of Fame.

What couldn’t be liked! Everything was perfect! This resort exceeded my expectations. It was a surprise to us. Huge apartment with all the facilities you can imagine. Great outside. Brilliant location. Parking free. Great communication with the hotel. All are perfect. I really recommend this resort.

Loved this place, staff was awesome on all shifts. Helpful, gave great tips where to eat, local stuff happening in town. Had wine happy hour, fresh baked cookies everyday, kitchen open all day and night, able to take snacks to room, boyfriend diabetic and this helped keep his levels normal. Umbrellas available when rained. Walkable distance to wharf restaurants and shopping. Had an awesome stay!!!!!
