Favorite place to stay in GR. Several food options inside allow you not to freeze when it’s -7. It also has a skywalk attached to DeVos Performance Hall, so it’s very convenient when catching a show there. The location is great with winter activities, like ice skating, mini curling, etc. and a lot of restaurants surrounding. The valet services cannot be beat. They’re beyond helpful, especially when you have to leave very early as they’ll have your car waiting for you.

I liked the location, it is right next to the medical facility that we were going to. The feature that doesn’t allow anyone to come up to your floor without a key card is really nice. You don’t have to worry about anyone running up and down the hallways.
