The rooms very comfortable and warm with the air conditioning unit quiet when providing heating for the cool night. The room must have been well insulated since the unit did not have to operate very often. The breakfast was exceptional given the price and location was convenient for I95 and the centre of Kennebunk. Staff were very helpful and the host for breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful. Value was exceptional.

Mary was very helpful and always went above and beyond. Adrian was another staff member who went above and beyond. The facilities were very old school but the reason we go there.

It was quiet, clean, rooms were comfortable & clean, and lobby area was comfortable and inviting to sit and read & relax. The staff was friendly & helpful with local information. Loved being across from the water!

The breakfast options were perfect. Yogurt, fresh juices, muffins, coffee...great choices for us.

My partner and I recently celebrated our anniversary at this incredible hotel, and our experience was nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Our room was very large and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Having an extra blanket was great because the weather was chilly. The location right on the beach was beautiful, great for a morning and/or late afternoon walk. Very safe and friendly establishment. Breakfast was delicious and a different take on continental with hard boiled eggs, fresh orange chunks, English muffins, bagels and of course the freshly made (just from the oven) muffins all reviewers have raved about. Even though the inn was quite busy somehow the staff managed the small dining room turnover very well and we always got a table. It was great staying in a place with so much history and charm.

Loved our room; the coffee tea, water bar area. And the ability to use the common breakfast room to gather and play cards and chat in the evening!

We love everything about this place. The accomodations in our rental, the beauty of our condo apartment the ocean view the pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room , arcade room, everything about village by the sea is absolutely amazing the kids love it here as my husband and I do also. This is our forever place to come and vacation. The staff is also so friendly and very generous. We thank you from our family to yours for this incredible place. 💗💗💗💗 We stayed in apt 14 E and it was our favorite compared to the first one we stayed in . The first one was beautiful but the beds for the kids and my husband and I were so badly uncomfortable it made our trip home so much longer because we was tired from not having a good night's rest. But 14 E was perfect we would love to rent that one again . 😁 All and all this place is truly beautiful and Amazing 😍
