Very nice. A little updating needed in rooms. Bathrooms have lots of rust and holes around doors Just a fresh coat of paint would help a lot in bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was clean. Very convenient. Breakfast was good. Near good restaurants and right next to the beach. Beds were comfortable.

Excellent complimentary breakfast with a good variety (hot eggs and a meat, cold cereal, self-made waffles, etc.). The coffee machine did not run out and they had both decaf and regular, plus juices, yogurt. They started at 6:30 am and they cleaned the tables after customers left. Breakfast is covered by the room fee so it was an excellent buy.
