The staff was very nice and helpful. The property was very clean and the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

The female staff member working Friday, November 3, 2023 around 730 or 8 pm was helpful. I did not catch her name but she was helpful and nice.

The hotel was beautiful walking in, going through the elevators getting on our floor hotel still was beautiful. The room was very spacious, bed was very cozy and comfy.

We had a lovely stay here after a long flight from London. Rose Manor is situated by the lake with some decent restaurants within walking distance. It's a bus and streetcar ride to downtown. The number 45 bus takes you to the Greenwood Cemetery where you can get off and have a drink at the Bulldog before hopping on the Streetcar. The City Park is lovely with the very relaxing and enjoyable Botanical gardens. Peter and Ruby are lovely hosts at this great value, out of city stay. The Inn is full of character and breakfast is a chance to chat to other guests and hear stories from Peter. Thanks for a really enjoyable stay .

The location is excellent and the hotel is super clean. The outdoor patio is such a great bonus! And the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept it.

Very good location, very close to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter but far enough away from the crowds and noise. Everything about the hotel is great. Very good value for money.

Very convenient location to Bourbon street and Canal street! Loved the free breakfast and wine social offered during the week.

Its location was near to bourbon street, I think that cleaning was flawless.

Great location in the Garden District. Secure parking lot at back of hotel. Streetcar runs right in front of the hotel, which makes it very convenient. You can walk to a few restaurants and Fresh Market. We loved walking in the neighborhood. Audobon Park is accessible via the streetcar and is a beautiful, large park to walk/run in.

The personnel were very accommodating, and the larger room size was appreciated as well as the modern bathrooms, and great location in the center of activity.

I liked the beauty and cleanliness of the property along with the location. Ashley my concierge ensured everything I wanted was taken cared of.

The entire property was exceptionally clean! The staff was great as well. My husband and I loved our king suite. Whenever we visit New Orleans, this will be our go to spot. It was in the perfect place being that we were walking. 10/10 recommended!

Very close to the French quarter, very clean and quiet even though Bourbon street was just a stone throw away, staff was friendly and helpful

I liked how the lights flickered and the toilet over flowed when my friend plugged in his CPAP machine. I also enjoyed when my friend slept on the floor he got a rash. That was straight up hilarious.
