One of the most impressive places I’ve ever stayed. Location is like a movie scene. Beautiful nature, mountains and lake around, very peaceful place. The stuff was friendly and welcoming. Phol invited us to join a local dinner, and we had a great time together. The place was super comfortable, good bad, mosquito net, clean and big bathroom. Wifi worked good. They also have a restaurant and bikes rental. Prices are good. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is perfect for exploring both the town and the rest of the attractions. The bungalow we stayed was enormous, with 2 big beds, and plenty of space to move around. The beds were clean and comfortable. The family that owns the Homestay have been so welcoming and attentive that we felt like home. They offered us a welcoming tasty tea and fruit, and later on they brought more fruit to our room. They also arranged the tour around Ninh Binh the next day, and the transport to Hanoi with the best limousine in Vietnam so far. I cannot thank them enough. Thuy, Mama and Papa, May you have health and luck in your lives!!!!

The staff are very kind and made good recommendations to help us enjoy our short stay, such as where to do self-guided bike tours and when to go on the boat tours (eg avoid the heat during midday!). They also helped us get a car to Hanoi Noi Bai airport for after we checked out. Breakfast included has Vietnamese and Western options, and has vegetarian options. We had buffet style one day and ordered from a menu the other day. Bikes are available for rental, nothing fancy. Rooms are clean and pleasantly decorated. There's a nice quiet vibe as the place is a quick bike ride from the busy streets / restaurants.

The staff! So genuinely warm and friendly. They felt like home away from home. I had a terrible cough and she kept bringing me remedies to feel better. So helpful with arranging rides, tours and getting laundry cleaned. We didn’t want to leave.

Excellent staff that went out of their way to help us even when we lost the key and also needed a shower in the evening before our night train.

Exceptional value for money. We really liked this place. The room was a decent size and spotlessly clean. The shower was good and it's always great to have an area to sit in outside. Really friendly people running the place. All in all it completely exceeded expectations.

Located. On a quite street overlooking a water, you can sit at tables overlooking water 3 minute walk from the tiwn center Hosts were incredibly kind and helpful Room was spacious and , toilet separate from shower Room seemed newly renovated Hosts helped with tour planning

If you are looking for a place to stay away from the crowded hotels and you want to enjoy nature at its maximum, go to this homestay, it's frankly the best homestay I've ever stayed in.

Beautiful homestay a little outside town, Jasmine and her family went out of their way to assist with planning, logistics, and explanations and made the stay very pleasant. They have otorbikes for hire and free bikes ti wander around and the area immediately outside the door is great to explore (the pagoda, the river, the small village on the way). There's a swimming pool right outside the door and they serve simple and tasty local dishes in the restaurant (and cater to vegetarians too)

Maybe the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life so far!!! BEAUTIFUL location! Beautiful view from the room, private balcony, gorgeous bamboo interior, free bikes, and free breakfast!!! For breakfast every day I got coffee, a banh mi sandwich made to order, and fruit. Biked with my friends around the area and to Ninh Binh proper (~30/45 min to the city area with all the shops and Trang an). The area is a bit more remote but that’s what we loved about it. Also it’s just a little quick 5 minute bike ride from a famous park with multiple caves and boat tours! Everyone was so nice at this hotel and we felt super taken care of. Also got to feed some ducks at the farm across the way. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!!! Great experience and great value!
