We had the loveliest time at Pitanga! Crueza is a wonderful host who was very happy to chat in the mornings and suggest things to do, best ways to get to our next location, and tell us a bit about the island itself. We loved the option to have the room cleaned daily, and the room itself was comfortable, with everything we needed for the few days we stayed. As an added bonus, the cats were adorable and extremely friendly. I would 100% recommend Pitanga to anyone visiting Ilha Grande and would have loved to stay longer.

Absolutely stunning location, truly feels like paradise. The apartment was clean, simple and comfortable with a beautiful deck where we enjoyed starting and ending our day. Our host could not have been more kind and helpful, with tons of recommendations (even loaned us snorkel gear!). Couldn’t recommend more highly!!

The staff was excellent, particularly Ailiana (correct spelling?). She was so friendly, warm, energetic, understanding and welcoming. We booked a room at Pousada last minute after being unhappy with our previous booking. She was more than willing to accomodate us, help us out last minute and make sure that we were comfortable and welcome. It really made the whole experience amazing when she made sure to attend to our needs and find a beautiful, clean and comfortable room. She is wonderful! Thank you so much. We had a wonderful experience.
