When we entered our room upon arrival there was a funny smell. Immediately the front desk gave us a new room. The hotel itself was roomy and comfortable, well situated. The staff hard working and friendly. The breakfast was unbelievable! There were breads and brioche, croissants and chouquettes, fresh juice, eggs, sausage, pancakes, crepes, fresh fruit, almonds, chia seeds in coco cream — in brief, one of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel.

The hotel nicer than I’d expected and had a lovely lobby with bar and restaurant. Sadly I didn’t have time to use the spa facilities but they looked fantastic. The bar and restaurant were good, but the food was average.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The AC was a great help on a hot summer day. We arrived early on bikes when it was over 30 degrees outside, and we were given a room right away—plus an upgrade, which we really appreciated. The lady who helped us was super friendly and thoughtful. They also have a safe place to store bikes if you’re traveling by bike.
