We had a great experience! The location is absolutely gorgeous and the nearby waterfall is magical. Of course the rooms are very basic but there is a hot shower and everything you need. Staying here was also an excellent opportunity for learning about Semai culture. Definitely do a jungle trek, it's a lot of fun. Our day trip with Raja was also excellent!

As a family of 4 ( 2 kids) we enjoyed our stay, the hotel room was on a higher floor which gave us a great view with a balcony..the weather was amazing little cold at night and early morning.. if visiting genting highlands again for sure we will rebook it.. shuttle bus was a big help to reach cable car and go to skyhigh land.. keep working for late hours 11 or 12 pm Side note: cable car and shuttle bus function from 7 am but premium outlet and Cafe opens at 10 am but there 2 markets you can buy a quick sandwich from..

Our one-night stay at Cameron Highlands Resort was nothing short of magical. Warm, cozy, and full of character, the ambience was absolutely pitch-perfect for a mountain retreat. The staff were incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A simple but thoughtful gesture really stood out — we had brought strawberries from a nearby farm, and they kindly washed and beautifully presented them for us without us even asking. That’s the kind of personalized service that makes a stay truly memorable. The common areas of the resort are equally impressive — from a charming grand hall with a fireplace to large koi ponds filled with majestic fish. It all adds to the resort’s serene and sophisticated atmosphere. Breakfast was served à la carte and every bite was divine. You could tell great care went into the flavors and presentation — it felt more like a fine-dining experience than a typical hotel breakfast. If there’s one thing I regret, it’s that we couldn’t stay longer. I genuinely wish I had at least one more night to soak it all in, but we had a flight to catch. Still, this brief escape will stay with us for a long time.
