Great overnight stay. Close to good food, and several tourist attractions. My favorite part of this room was the view over the river, which is spectacular. This hotel offered luggage storage during my overnight trip to Bako NP, which is very helpful.

Room was clean, good communication from staff, lovely resort. A huge shout out to Junai from the F&B dept who was exceptional, and went above and beyond to support us with redeeming ClubMariott benefits.

room was spacious and clean. had a nice view of the airport. staff was very friendly especially our airport transfer driver. airport transfer is available for both departure and arrival. parking car at the hotel was safe but much cheaper in the open space parking rather than inside the hotel compound.
