Very helpful staff who make nice little gestures like leaving a note in our mother tongue and chocolates in the room after cleaning. The room and the hotel in general were very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Food (breakfast and dinner) were decent and the hotel offers a traditional daily snack (Fika). Location within walking distance from the station in a calm neighborhood with a couple restaurants around it. The gym was a big plus and we used it twice during our stay.

This elegant hotel is set in a renovated, 1901-era building beside Gävle Central Station. The in-house restaurant provides views of the Gävle River.
