The location is in the countryside (easily seen by the road since the tiles on the roof of the main building spell the farm name !), with some animal farm around (horses, poneys, goat, donkeys) which is always nice for adults and children alike! The apartment we had (two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, a toilet room and a terrace) was spick and span, big and comfortable. It would have been able to host 6 persons (while we were only two plus a two years old). The breakfast was very good with mostly products of the farm and so was the dinner. Nice playground outside and inside ! 10-15 minutes from Prostojna cave, 20 from Predjama Castle, 20 minutes from Skocjan cave. Staff very helpful and friendly, and part of the big family which runs it. If we go back to the region we would be glad to come back!

I like very much the location of the hotel in Sistiana. The beach was very beatiful. The bed had an exception quality. Espcially for us who have back pain the quality of the bed made everything very pleasant. The colorful breakfast was delicious. Before comming to the hotel we were worried about that the hotel is located near to the main street. But the hotel was equiped with a good sound proofing system when we kept the windows closed and it had a comfortable air conditioning system.

When we arrived we were so tired, when saw the palace and the room, it was like magic! Absolutely one of the best room so far. The bed was so comfortable, the room was the cleanest and very spacious! We also met the staff, kind and enthusiastic! Trieste was beautiful, this place made it even more!

The hotel is great, room is comfy though had a view of an internal yard / shaft, (but that didn`t bother me much) clean, spacious...Staff / frontdesk are very helpfull. Needed to change pillows...They had options of which pillow is your favoutite. Library area very relaxing. Easy reach to everywhere. Bus stop just infront of hotel, Station 15 mins walk. Great restaurants surrounding the hotel. BONUS....if you decide to go for a day trip to Slovenia or Croatia with "Get Your Guide"...pickup location is this Hotel....So...what else do you need?

The owners of this BnB were simply amazing. They care so much about their experience of their guests at every part of their stay. From check in to the amazing meals to helping sort out activities to do in the area, they are amazing. I enjoyed my room with the balcony. It was a wonderful space to catch up on work while I was away from home. The bed was comfortable and the space quite nice. The meals were additional, but worth every penny. They clearly put so much effort into each and every meal. Everything was delicious, and it was amazing to be able to stay there, chat with other guests, and have a top notch meal in comfort. They produce all of the food that they serve from their garden and pastures, and if it something that they cannot produce, then they provide it from local sources. This is such a wonderful aspect.
