The breakfast, the bed and shower

Staff was friendly, polite and eager to help. Two rooms were booked and although were not together, the staff managed to at least have them on the same floor. Both rooms were comfortable.

I left my wife and daughter for a flight next day and the hotel is clean , safe , welcoming and very convenient for the airport.

The property was clean, close to a shopping mall with a secure parking garage.

A great place in Neuquen to stay a few nights

Staff is VERY attentive, the breakfast is excellent at a very low price ($5), the restaurant is better than what you would find in most 4-5 star hotels

I arrived and was given a room with drabby walls and no wi-fi signal. I spent one night there on the promise that they would give me another with wi-fi as soon as possble. The following morninng they did.

The room was amazing, with confortable beds, ample space in the room, wardrobe and bathrooms. One of the most stunning rooms I've been.
