A beautiful kitchen, lovely living room, great kitchen table that can be used for more than just eating (I used it to work on my laptop a few times as well) as it feels great to sit there. The balcony has that great outdoor smell in combination with the wood odor you only get from these types of places. It's instantly recognizable and braught me back to my childhood memories. The bathroom is great and the sauna is the icing on the cake. Everything is high quality and modern design, combined with some of the classic wooden looks of old school chalets. It's also incredibly clean and nothing feels worn down or out; it's as if it was build yesterday and the towels are brand new. The people running the place are wonderful and will assist you in any way they can and go above & beyond what you can usually expect of any host. When reservations allow, they try to be as flexible as possible. It's an absolutely incredible relaxing and welcoming experience. Wifi wise, I suggest taking a small wifi repeater / travel router & plug it into the kitchen if you want to sit on the balcony a lot. I also suggest a VPN. Besides that, coverage is more than sufficient throughout the entire appartment. It shows how thick the walls are which isolate sound incredibly well. You won't wake your partner up or hear any of the other tenants, its a very welcome feature. I also was able to charge my plugin hybrid continously without any issues which made all our trips on our holiday nearly free gas wise. I just can't recommend this place enough.

The view from the property is simply breathtaking – a picture-perfect backdrop of the Austrian Alps that we’ll never forget. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals just the way we like them. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged.
The location is fantastic for visiting the attractions in Saltzburg region, yet peaceful and serene. This was, without a doubt, one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. We would love to come back and highly recommend it.

A superb guest house in probably the best location in Flachau. Very convenient for the Achterjet and Spacejet and centrally located for good restaurants and bars. The owners are lovely and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. They work incredibly hard to ensure everything is as it should be and are very welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. You can also have fresh eggs cooked as you like. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we will certainly be going back.

The apartment was in an excellent location, within walking distance of the chairlift. Fully equipped ski storage with boot heating possibility. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room, living room, and balcony, two sleeping rooms, we found no faults with the accommodation. Near the apartment, there is a very well-equipped grocery store where they willingly sold us goods, including fresh bread, even half an hour after closing time.

Breakfast and evening meal were very good. Bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage. Bed very comfortable. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Ski room on-site and ski rental next door.

Location is very good, it's around 10 mins walking distance to the nearrest ski lifts (Space Jet 1). The apartment we have stayed in was spacious, neat and clean. It had separate bedroom and was well equipped, including kitchenette. Parking space was available. Very nice and friendly owners. If we plan to come to Flachau again, we will book it again.

We were a couple with 3 young children, we got a lovely apartment with 2 bedroom, 2 showers, 2 toilets. it looked new, very clean. also lovely balcony.

The property administrator left the key in an envelope for us at the door and we got an entry code.
The apartment was big, clean and very well divided, 2 bedrooms, there was a shower and toilet in the parents' room and also a 2nd set of shower and toilet for the children, a large kitchen with everything needed and a sitting area. It was close to Flachau's center. The administrative service was nice, they replied to all questions and when we needed something to be brought to our room, they handled it the same day.

We got a modern 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor.
The Two rooms were decently sized, each with their own shower/toilette.
A well equipped kitchen and nice dining table.
Cozy little balcony with table and chairs and a little bbq grill.
Jasmin was nice and helpful.
