Personal communcations from all the staff were great! Particularly the gentleman at the front desk, and the restaurant staff.

Sandra was very helpful and prepared the whirlpool for us although we were the one that messed up and didn't see that we to ask for it separately. The house is very pretty and in the city center. And please visit their store and enjoy some marille punch, it is very tasty

I was very satisfied here. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excelent. Everyone could choose what they liked. Close to the accommodation was Danube River and the city of Melk. I can definitely recommend this place for a visit.

Absolutely everything. Room 115 is perfect. We stayed in lots of hotels during the year but this one was the first that satisfied everything. Warm, cozy, perfect beds, fridge in the room that did not make noise, electric heating, quality bathroom. No, really, it was perfect.

I liked the position, in the middle of the city, 2-3 minutes walking from the castle, rven though in February, when we arrived was kind of empty and cold. The girl from reception was very kind and smiled a lot and they gave us a baby bed, even though we didn't asked, because my daughter doesn't sleep in one, but she played a lot in it. The furniture is nice and maybe we will return, but on summer time.

Very nice place, very nice staff as well. Room was cozy and had a really nice view. Breakfast was also great. Loved the croissants and the strawberries. Highly recommend and would stay there again if given the chance. Shower water pressure was strong

Perfect location in Melk. I was pleasantly surprised at how big the hotel and restaurant was .. the website doesn’t do it justice. The rooms are modern, comfortable and well maintained with friendly attentive staff throughout.

Quiet, clean, well organized and cozy with hot location

The location in the charming village centre within easy walking distance to the Abbey was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast in the morning provided both hot and cold options and the Restaurant for evening meals had a good menu. Our bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure and lots of hot water.

Marko, Lukas, and all people involved in the Dream Factory are friendly and supportive, and it was easy to get there by means of public transport. The common areas' window front offers panoramic sunsets and allows watching Melk's residents shopping at Löwenpark while the kitchen provides plenty of space to share time with other travelers. The showers, with a variety of adjustments, invite to go for that hostel spa day, and the dorms are equipped with freestanding lockers that offer enough space to fit a medium sized suitcase, a duffle bag, and personal belongings. The sleeping pods are fitted with sockets and lighting, and good quality bedding, while pull-down curtains provide an extra layer of privacy.

Excellent breakfast with first rate baked goods and outstanding coffee. Charming location near the abbey in recently renovated rooms. Staff were very kind and attentive. Beautiful light in our windows. Thank you!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building is old but interesting. The room was spacious, we even had enough space for our son's playmat.

Simple accommodation- excellent value for money. Clean, quiet and large apartment.

The apartment is located very close to the abbey, few steps from the historic downtown and the abbey. The interior is very fitting, the maisonette has a balcony along the stairs and offers a great space to keep wet clothes and shoes outside of the living area. The inside is comfortable, kitchen is equipped, bedrooms are comfortable and have dressers to put clothes away.

Very clean, updated, peaceful property and grounds with a wonderful host who prepares a delicious breakfast.
