AustraliaI was a little nervous when I realised it was on top of the 12 Rocks Beach Bar Cafe but the noise was minimal during the day and quiet at night, and the location was second to none!
The loft is an architecturally built spacious, light and airy 2 bedroom - more like a house than a unit!
The main bedroom has an ensuite and there is second bathroom and toilet. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher and washer and dryer hidden behind. Beyond the kitchen is the dining area, then a small sitting area one side and desk on the other leading to one of the outdoor baconies.
The views from the loft were nothing less than sensational! Sitting out on the protected balcony in the afternoon watching the waves roll in to shore and against the cliffs was soul restoring!
We had dinner in the bar below which was typical pub fare but super fresh and perfectly cooked - the vegetables were plenty and rare in pub food, which was much needed after travelling for some time.
Retiring back to our accommodation we had a large and comfortable couch in the lounge area which led out to another balcony where we could watch the coming and goings on in the main street below.
We can highly recommend Grass Roots Cafe for breakfast. They have great coffee, fresh juices and tasty eggs and bacon!!!

Interior of house is comfortably furnished and well provisioned. The two QS beds were comfortable. The renovated bathroom was great. Kitchen was roomy and had everything we needed. Pantry was well stocked with oil, spices and had coffee, teas, chocolate and extras such as marshmallows and cookies.
Would like to return and stay longer - one night just wasn't enough!

The kitchenette is well equipped with a portable hob and easily sufficient for preparing meals. The complimentary laundry was really helpful for our trip too.

The check in was easy as the envelop with our room number was written on a sign board outside of reception and the key to our room was already available on our room's door. The staff was lovely and helpful as well. The room itself is spacious with everything that you would need. The location of the motel was excellent as it is in the middle of the town and there are restaurants and groceries stores within few steps away.

We had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We were impressed with the kitchen, which had a wide range of pots, pans, cups, dishes, and utensils.
If the bedrooms have their own heating equipments during the winter months it would be perfect! Overall, We highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a wonderful one-night stay over the weekend in the Portside Motel. Our room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The owner was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with.
The location is perfect, close to everything in the town and to all major tourist attractions.

We loved our stay at The Port O Call! There was a lovely aroma as we walked into our room, which was spacious, very tastefully decorated and furnished as well as being spotless. The kitchenette was very well equipped. The bathroom was immaculate with a big walk-in shower and it was well provided with towels, soaps etc. It was more like being in a boutique hotel rather than a motel. The motel was well situated in the middle of town so an easy walk to the cafes, restaurants etc. We would definitely recommend The Port O Call!

The master bedroom is spacious and the toilet & bathroom are both separated.
The owner has kindly turned on the heater so we checked into a warmly welcoming house. The house came fully equipped & everything is neat & clean.
We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay there.

Our room was spacious, very well appointed and the bed was really comfortable, good quality sheets, extra pillows. Good bedside lights and a heater. The facilities downstairs were warm and inviting, three different sitting areas, two nice cosy nooks, the kitchen was amazing, everything you could need. The whole place is kept scrupulously clean.

Comfortable bed and excellent selection of TV channels and apps. Spacious room, and I was kindly upgraded by the Inn staff.
The location is very close to the small selection of cafes.

Very nice 2 bedroom "cottage", very clean and well equipped (kitchen and washer and dryer). 2 balconies (front porch and back balcony). Easy check-in process (the keys are inside the unlocked unit). Someone comes by every evening in case there are issues (we had none). Perfect place to stay to visit the many sights of the Great Ocean Road. Very central to all the sights. Many local restaurants and a convenience/grocery store are close by.

We had an excellent view of the ocean, had to bedrooms and two bathrooms and the apartment overall was very spacious. Also staff went above and beyond to be friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent as well.

Spacious room with very clean bed and shower room. I stayed on the single floor building, which our car can be parked perfectly infront of our room. Only stayed for 1 night but overall was good.

Beautiful hotel, nice villas, great view to the ocean. Strategically located in 12 Apostols national park. All facility you need, include dishwashing, oven, full kitchen, spa-bath, two convertable sofa-beds in guest room and a private bedroom. Own car space on the 1st floor and inner car parking onsite. Big balcony to sit and relax while listening to waves) All shops and cafes are nearby. Will definitely recommend!
