We liked the location. The facility and staff were top-notch!

The window was able to be opened for fresh air. This was amazing feature. It was the cleanest hotel I ever stayed in my life. Very super clean and smell of freshness. Very welcoming environment and great amenities.

Staff was exceptional at the lobby and also staff from The Chop.

The location is excellent. The hotel is close to the restaurants and shops. The hotel is easily accessible to the public transportation.

This is my favourite place to stay when I need a hotel in Edmonton, so I like the entire property overall.

Friendly and professional staff. Large room and excellent gym. Nice bar and food available as well as the best buffet included.

Staff were very friendly. I ate only oatmeal and a pastry for breakfast and they didn’t charge me for it, which was incredibly thoughtful of them.

The location of the hotel is great, everything is close by. even in the evening, there is somewhere to walk and eat. The room was comfortable, but I had something buzzing under my window all night, and there were no earplugs on the bedside table. The box was empty. I did not rest at all and it upset me a lot.

Staff are wonderful. Nice and quiet.

Pool and hot tub and accommodating staff. They moved me to main floor because of a mobility issue with my leg. Close to where i was working with Denny’s open early for breakfast right beside. T&T supermarket on the other side. Plenty restaurants and facilities nearby.

The bar is really pretty and had all this intricate designs and well made art. Loved the happy hour prices and the fun bartender.

The staff were absolutely the best, they accommodated my request for a birthday amenity for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it. Location was great too as it's very close to everything
