I stayed in the Jasper East hostel for 3 nights. Overall, my stay here was exceptional. The staff here is extremely friendly and made everything possible to make my overall stay a pleasant experience. The location is not too close to the Freeway so there is not much disturbances from the constant traffic during night. Additionally, the beds and sheets were extremely clean and well maintained. The Earthing Grounding sheets does indeed seem to work perfectly and help in getting a sound sleep. I did try the Red Light therapy lighting in the room for some time. But I cannot fully comment on that since I needed to experience it more to make a strong positive comment on that. The Yoga room is a big plus if you want a silent retreat to read or listen to music in a peaceful environment.

We loved the location and the views of Pyramid Lake. The staff was fantastic, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. There’s a very good restaurant on site. And we especially enjoyed the one-hour complimentary canoe/kayak rental. I would absolutely stay here again.

Loved this place, it was clean, great location. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the hot tub on the roof and wish we had stayed a night longer. The Italian restaurant was excellent and I plan to stay here again next year!

Beds were comfortable, even though room is not that spacious. Bathroom was clean and has obviously been updated compared to the age of the hotel. Parking was easy in front of our room and the staff were excellent and so helpful with all of our requests.

this property was central to downtown jasper and close to free parking. the staff was kind and the facility was clean, comfortable and spacious for a hostel. We traveled as 3 and purchased the 4 bunk bed room. It was perfect. I actually slept better here than at my other Airbnb. Literally the only downside was some noise in the morning with opening and closing doors but to be fair, in a place like this you’re usually up early anyway

We had a 2 bedroom lodge suite and it was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Amenities were great. My kids loved the game room. The coffee machine and cookies were nice to use daily. It was very nice to have 3 fans to use when it was very hot, made sleeping more bearable.

The accommodation was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower products so nice. My room was very quiet. The location was also very good. My check-in was very nice with a such friendly guy who speaks Spanish, making me feel like home.

Great facilities and views. We received a generous free upgrade to a room with a view when we arrived. The whole family enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Great little gym with a lot of equipment. Hotel was very clean. Room was replenished every day. Good proximity to town.

Great unique cabin experience. Staff was friendly. Loved the complimentary cookies and coffee that was offered in the lobby as well as the game room. Got the one bedroom deluxe cabin( I recommend booking at this level or higher), it was very cute and quaint with great high ceiling so felt plenty spacious too. Lovely firepits at night too. The drive from and back is about 25 minutes from Jasper but gorgeous thus worth it plus tou pass lots of wildlife. Very close to Milette hot springs. Good value for the money.

We stayed in a one bedroom cabin next to our friends—both cabins were beautiful! The fireplace and sitting area were so comfortable and homey! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! The grounds were beautiful and close to the brewery restaurant p—which was a wonderful place to eat!

This old hotel was maintained in such good shape! Everything was spotless and fleshly painted. A lot of charm and character from the old furniture curtains and chandeliers. Pleasetly surprised by my room being upgraded for free!
