New big modern room! Beautiful view!

The facilities are clean and well maintained. Garden is beautiful. Staff is awesome.

Location near the Metro was superb. Two stops to the lake or two stops to the old town. So convenient. Loved my terrace, although sadly the weather did not allow me to use it.

The staff Bilaly has as super nice and kind! Once we arrived, he helped with our luggage’s and even bought my daughter to her room while I need to park my car. Everyday they will have a huge smile and it was exceptionally great attitude . I would definitely come back on my next trip to Lausanne !

We liked everything about this cozy and spotless hotel, steps away from the lake. The hotel restaurant has excellent food at a reasonable price. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant are superb. Room # 18 has a fantastic view of the lake. There is plenty of storage for your things. We were there 5 nights.

The staff is good, the restaurant of the hotel is perfect. Kind people. Great view on the mountains. Parking downstrairs. Super quiet at night.

Everything was clean, it was close to everything we needed. It was just what we asked for. We needed it only to sleep and it was perfect

New structure, absolutely silent besides been right next to the high way, all clean and beautiful. Kind staff, modern hotel logics (self check-in and check-out, for example), fair price for the area. Good breakfast as well. It was a nice and pleasant stay.

The hotel and my room was very new and extremely clean and beautiful. The bathroom and toilet were extraordinarily new and clean nice.

The location was absolutely fantastic. The hotel was in between two metro lines and with stunning views to lake Leman! The interior of the rooms absolutely fantastic. Also I loved that they provided a free transport card for metros and buses!

The place was great, cozy, with super friendly and helpful staff. We could store out luggage before check-in and even after check-out before our bus came, which was super useful!

The view of Lake Geneva from the breakfast room was spectacular. And the breakfast buffet was great.

The room is spacious and just near the metro station. By metro and the given transport ticket, you are well connected to everywhere in Lausanne!

A very warm and welcoming staff. Helpful and attentive to my needs. The room was excellent. It was spacious and clean. There was enough room for luggage and a sofa to relax. The bathrooms were clean and well-equipped. Fabulous location, directly opposite the train station and very close to the metro and no noise!

Modern decor with a brand personality, not a lot of things but useful. There was even an under counter light in the bathroom for the night. We also received a welcome drink each! And some tips for what's happening in town.

Fantastic location to the tramway. Great for west end of Lausanne and easy to get to central and rest of Lausanne as well.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome that made us feel comfortable. The front office staff were very responsive, informative, and genuinely kind. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful, large, clean, cozy, and warm, with all facilities working perfectly. But the highlight was definitely the incredible view— truly the best I have ever seen, overlooking the lake. Waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return!

The location, personnel, housing is perfect for a trip. The child bed was a real bed rather than an unfolded sofa which was very comfy.
