Loved the location, rooms and staff was very friendly.

It was close to public transportation, and walking distance from Murals on the hills. Close too many restaurant choices, and public parks. The hotel was quiet and clean. The continental breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable and very quiet.

The property is located next to the Ascensor Reina Victoria. It’s very convenient.

Everything was amazing at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond and the hotel is stunning. Highly recommend if staying in the old city.

As with all ibis hotels I’ve stayed at, this one gives you exactly the same as every other and exactly what I expected: Basic room stay with a clean comfy bed and bathroom Everything OK and staff members super cool as always

The hotel is very interesting and beautiful, and in a perfect location. The view is amazing from everywhere, including our room. Nice clean rooms and bedding. Great breakfast and we enjoyed spending time reading in the garden out back.

Location, friendly staff and cats!!

Loved the art within the hotel , the rooms were all individual with art from local artists , our room was stunning !! The location was perfect , and the staff were incredibly helpful , nothing was too much trouble

Excellent location to restaurants and a short walk to the port and shopping centre. Comfy beds and the staff and super helpful and lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at Meraki Hostel! Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The café attached to the hostel was good and had incredible views from the porch. The location was very convenient for walking around Cerro Alegre and Cerro Concepcion.

The location was terrific, right in the heart of murals on one of the hills. I felt safe and the patio was a delight. The place didn’t have a lot of rooms making the B&B feel intimate. I recommend this place in a heart beat!

The staff was super helpful - i arrived super early because my overnight bus dropped me off two hours earlier than scheduled, they let me into my room early and let me sleep. The bathrooms are clean. The kitchen is equipped to cook. Overall the hostel was quiet which I liked. The staff are super nice to talk to. The atmosphere is cozy.

We loved it, excellent view, incredible location, charming hosts. The best part is that the place could be a museum in excellent condition.

Excellent location, impeccably clean and stunning views. Karen and Pilar were wonderful and made sure we had a great time, suggesting restaurants and places to visit. The breakfast in the room was a special treat! I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay here. The private bedroom was very clean and bed very comfortable. The private bathroom was super clean also. There’s a kitchen available for use, a washing machine for laundry and a line to hang clothes for drying. The lady who manages the hostel is very nice and welcoming. She speaks clearly and slowly, which allows someone with basic Spanish to understand. There’s a friendly cat that I liked having around. The location is a 5 minute walk from O’Higgins Plaza. One issue is the noise from the water pump that turns on and off every 5 seconds. This can be a bother at night if you have the room that is closest to it. Overall, a good experience. 10/10
