Exceeded my expectations, the staff was friendly and the infrastructure is brand new, totally worth the price

Breakfast spread is great. But I hope a better security to provide non hotel to just walk in freely.

Lovely apartment with a gorgeous view! Surrounded by stores in a walkable area. Staff was extremely helpful.

Management: 1. I had booked and paid for a room for a week in Jan. 2020. Then Covid-19 broke out, and my flight was canceled. I informed the hotel of my problem and unexpectedly got my refund shortly after. 2. I booked and received confirmation for a room for a week in March 2024. A day later I was informed that my credit card was invalid. This happened twice. The same card was used successfully to purchase two airline ticket a few minute earlier. So I called Visa Center that assured my card validity. This international call costed me over $40! When I mentioned this unpleasant experience, the front desk manager upgraded me to Club level room. 3. One day an elevator/lift I was riding on, with a few ladies, stoped suddenly and started dropping. The emergency button did not work. A bit scary. Fortunately after a few minutes, the ride resumed. After reporting the accident, the hotel sent me a fruit basket, and even gave me free breakfast. All managers I met show they are caring professional. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The hotel interior is beautiful; our room is elegant.

Great facicities. Good quality of breakfast.

Needs better maintained. Front counter staff were ok. Evening snack staff were amazing and very kind. They are the best staff we interacted with. Breakfast staff need some kindness training especially if they want to attract foreigners.

It was just what we need it to stay for a week in Haikou working away from home but still we had a place that was like home to go to

The room is spacious and comfortable. The price is reasonable for the quality of such a facility. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around the area.

the staffs are helpful and kind for me who is not a chinese speaker. they are doing their best to facilitate everything and make my stay is comfortable. the room is very clean and spacious, very nice and comfortable. will love to come back again!

Excellent staff, especially the front desk

This hotel enjoys a prime location near the Century Bridge and the Cloud Library. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection.

Happy with the breakfast served with varieties. Was sauppressed to find that a can of their own brand beer and a can of soft drink provided in the fridge as complementary drinks. Very nice and helpful hose-keeping team. Appreciate the complementary airport shuttle service. Complementary supper serving noodles which is also a surprise to me. Location wise is a bit off from most attractions. Closest mall is WuYue which is about 25 mins walking from hotel. Entrance to hotel site is not prominent, especially taking transport back from town in the night. Transport will have to go through some small lane that made me feel a bit uneasy.

I like their laundry service. Staff helped out once you put your laundry request on a sheet of paper, they washed and dried and sent clothes back to your room. how great can it be.

Clean and spacious room. Staffs are very helpful and service mind.
