Very professional staff. Very good size room, very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. I loved the fact you are provided tea in the room. I loved using the nook to drink tea.

The people, facilities and location. The room was great with excellent views. It's a family run business. We received great hospitality from all the staff. We had a great chat with the proprietor Michelle who is an excellent host. We learned many things about the Chinese culture from her. We wish her and her family all the best! Highly recommended.

The property was located minutes from the attraction, walking trail to the close by restaurant was very nice.

It was one of our favorite hotel during our 3-weeks China trip. Super clean, well-located (in the middle of the city), the breakfast was delicious. Jenny from the staff kept the contact with us before we arrived and she helped us to organize our Li river cruise. Absolutely recommended

Fantastic customer service and the staff could not have been more helpful. We were given a full explanation of the local ‘must see’ areas, and we opted for a two day tour package which we feel was fantastic value. This was private with a personal driver who spoke brilliant English. The driver, Robert, was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about each place we visited. We had the option to customise the tour to suit our own taste. We had a wonderful experience of Guilin and Yangshuo. Aside from the great tour, every staff member was very accommodating and helped us with tasks such as laundry and food delivery. They even recommended some fantastic local restaurants, a roof top bar and a coffee shop. We cannot complain about anything. Thank you for a spectacular stay!!!

Great hotel very comfortable amazing view on the pagoda and lots of food options near by The waterfall show on the left side of the hotel is something very special every evening at 8:30 The rooms are big ,bed comfortable, nice bathroom with automatic toilets.

Great location - right next to the pedestrian street. Best part was Jenny who helped us out so much during our stay, including recommending things to do and helping us book our tours. The rooms are very cute and clean!

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, our room beautifully decorated, perfectly located with stunning views, and the staff were the true highlight. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Bruce and Alyssa who went above and beyond – they even gave us some gifts on our last day! We can't wait to return!

Super friendly stuff and atmosphere in general. Everyone is talking to each other and often they organize group activities like swimming or dinners:) Also they have some cute little kitties and a dog which is really nice. So all in all a great place to stay especially if you’re new in China and are looking for some friendly people/ to make some new friends!

the location of thr hotel is in a quiet village, perfect if you want to enjoy nature and a peaceful time in Guilin. The rooms are great, the staff helped us with absolutely everything, breakfast was tasty and you can even use their motorbikes for free... we came back again and will do it next year!

We had a wonderful stay in Rong Unique Hotel - the staff was really kind and friendly (particularly as we were traveling with two babies), the room was spacious, comfortable and modern. And breakfast was nice as well. The location is also excellent!

Don’t let the price fool you! This is an extremely nice hotel, perfect location and wonderful staff. Feels like staying at a 5 star resort! I’m definitely coming back!
