Place is way nicer than the pictures.

The location was perfect! We loved everything about it - staff, facilities, domestic and wild animals, heard, and most mornings, saw howler monkeys! Loved the dogs and potbellied pig we named Miss Piggy. Per Pablo's instructions, we didn't feed or pet her and didn't leave food on our porch. The dogs were friendly and loved having them around to pet and enjoy. So peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. Good price for a studio. Beach within walking distance, a huge plus! Restaurants, coffee shops, and market within walking distance.

The cae gate guy with the gold teeth was so pleasant and welcoming. The Front desk girl was kind and helpful and the waiters were also kind.

While most of the units were occupied during our stay, we felt like we had the place to ourselves. Every morning we drank our coffee on the deck by the pool with beautiful views of the ocean and a few rainbows. We had the pool to ourselves whenever we used it. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage and space in the unit. I could see staying here for an extended period of time.

Best place to stay in Surfside, huge, very confortable room, fully equiped kitchen, nice pool. The bnb has only two rooms if you are lucky enough to get one, go! The hosts Daniel aka Papito, and Charlotte are awesome people.

The views, the hosts, the location, the units themselves are all phenomenal. The list is long on what I thought went above and beyond at Villas Vivo. Immediately booked another return, one can’t go wrong.

The place looks so much better in person! Pictures are nice but don’t do it justice! Loved it so much I extended my stay. Only .3 miles from the restaurant area with a cafe, mini mart and a few restaurants on the next block. Pools are warm and I appreciated the second salt water pool! Breakfast was yummy too! Super quiet and serene. Not really a party villa at all but would stay again!

It was a great stay for our group of five people. The views were great. We enjoyed the pool. It was an easy walk to the beach. We had plenty of hot water and the AC worked great.

"Very pleasantly surprised" is the most accurate way to describe how I felt upon arriving and staying 4 days at the Blue Ridge Retreat. Definitely, this is one of the best accomodation options in the Potrero/Flamingo area; from the ease of check-in to the Starship lounge, to the staff prompt and effective attention...everything is very well thought of and managed.

I really enjoyed my three night stay. The bed and linens were comfortable, I slept very very well. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Heber is an awesome host, insuring I had everything I needed.
