Rooms in Paphos

We had a wonderful stay at Theo Sunset Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered beautiful views of the sea, especially during sunset. The friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere made it the perfect place for a holiday. If you're travelling by car, it has lots of parking spaces available and also has a minimarket which is open all day.

Excellent hotel, so clean and the room service unique. I definitely recommend it. Probably one of the best hotels I ever stayed!!!

The location is perfect - near a beach and the restaurants, but very calm. The staff is very accommodating, kind and friendly.

The stuff was great, A special thanks to the Hotel Manager Mr.Yiannis and the Guest Relations Manager Rafaella. They are professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They always greet guests with a warm smile and pay attention to every detail. Whenever I needed assistance, they were immediately available and made sure all my requests were handled quickly and efficiently. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly made my stay special. The view was absolutely amazing, and the food was delicious with a great variety of choices. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Everything was at the very best. From room to breakfast, facilities and location.

I was a little bit worried because of mixed reviews but the stay exceed my expectations. Hotel was huge and with all inclusive stay we had everything - spa, gym, sauna, Waterpark, beach and pool towels, Many drinks, snacks during the days and delicious food the whole day. Room was clean, cleaned every day, at the reception they helped with everything, we booked transfer to AirPort for example. We played Bingo almost every night and enjoyed all inclusive drinks every night till midnight. Every room we had, had its own sea view. We were travelling with a small kid and everything was stroller accessible and kid friendly. But dont worry, it is perfect for adults too! For the price we were more than happy and would definitelly come back again !

We took an all inclusive deal and we were just blown away by the options available to us. It really did exceed our expectations. Staff super friendly and approachable.

The location is amazing close to everything, a 2-minute walk to the beach, a 3-minute walk to the main mall, and the pool is small but perfect. And everything is super clean. The staff were very helpful and kind, and they all were super great with my 2-year-old. The beds were comfy. And the best part it was quite. To show how great they were: - one day our air conditioner wasn't working and in 10 minutes someone came and fixed it super quickly. -on Sunday we were supposed to go on a trip but the tour bus just didn't stop to pick us up (it was booked through a different provider). We told the receptionist what happened. She was amazing and got us a different activity and for a very good price. She made sure we were okay and made it to the pickup point and that we had a good time .

every staff member was extremely welcoming and happy to help in anyway they could. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted. best expexperience I've ever had.

Very great hotel close to everything you need in Paphos and close to the beach and some UNESCO sites. Staff super responsive in person. I would definitely come back here. Breakfast included but very basic.

Staff was friendly and always willing to help from the start! Location was excellent, and always quiet. Food was perfect for both breakfast and dinner. The sea view room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! The adults pool was very quiet and clean throughout the day.

This is a high level hotel with great and professional personnel. We enjoyed all the aspects of our stay, the room was comfortable and clean, the gym in the hotel is very good, the area is nice. The best part was the food - I do recommend to have dinner in Serbellas. Breakfasts were also delicious.
