Rooms in Železná Ruda

Very nice room, clean, with great balcony. The building is brand new and well kept. The breakfast is exceptional - there is everything from pastries and sausages to fresh fruit and vegetables. The most pleasant aspect of our stay was the staff - namely Erika, who is the single most exceptional employee of the hotel!

Absolutely loved our mountain retreat! The breathtaking views, serene environment, and cozy accommodations made for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend for nature lovers!

We spent a lovely week at Diana. The pension is set above the center of Železná Ruda, with a beautiful view of Großer Arber from the windows. The room was modest, but comfortable, with good quality mattresses. Every space was clean. The breakfast was very good, with the quality exceeding the average encountered in pensions like that one.

Friendly staff, speaking English was very helpful. They arranged a taxi for me twice (who was great). Food was amazing! Both breakfast and dinner, something for everyone! Although I don't have small children, it was very nice to see the family friendly vibe. I enjoyed seeing the kids playing with their families. I liked the bar, very nice. Playing cards every night was a great way to unwind and connect with my son.

Amazing experience: Very friendly stuff, feeling like own family. Great facilities (pool, tennis court) and kitchen. I will be happy to come again, thank you! Just note the location on the hill, to the town it's about 10 mins walk via nice forest path.

Parking, internet, We were entitled to 400czk for dinner/breakfast in the restaurant, which we could not use because we left at 9 and restaurant opens at 10am. Free rice chips for children as a present.

The owners and the staff are super friendly. Our room was large and very comfortable. The restaurant has very good food and breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was huge, filling, and delicious! I was the only one there, and still they set everything up as if it was fully booked. The room was very spacious, with a magnificent view. And the housevwine was great
