Jose and really all the staff are professional and made me feel welcome. The housekeeping staff is top notch too. The dining room is really nice and the food they serve is delicious and a terrific value. Great shower and huge tub; I’ve never seen one quite like it.

Employees were very professional, and kind specially the ladies from the reception and the lady that was cleaning the bedrooms, she was the best. During the breakfast the waiter was also very nice and kind.

Everything was perfect! The staf were super nice and helpful and the place is super fancy for cheap. Definitely go here when you're in Ciudad Real.

Very nice hotel if you're travelling in between the cities. Great location, staff, size of the rooms and breakfast. Free easy parking.

Excelent Location!! Walking distance to everything. On the pedestrian road, so cute, shopping stores and tapa places all over.

The furnishings in the hotel and in particular, in the room, were exquisite and luxurious. The bed was very comfortable. The parking was under the hotel and very convenient.

Central apartament, dog friendly and spot clean. They even left treats for the dog, coffee pods and a snack for us. Amazingly good online service. If driving, I recommend getting the parking ticket with them since it's so central there aren't many spaces around and the parking lot below the main plaza is the best option.

The space is so beautiful, very nice pool and surroundings, very quiet at night, we had the best sleep, the rooms were spacious, and the staff were so helpful, I posted it on my instagram and a lot of people asked where this it, highly recommended for a relaxing vacation!

there is AC in the bedrooms and in the main room. There is free food in the kitchen (rice, oil, vinegar, coffee). The apartment is pretty. It has a cute staircase inside.

Everything about this property was exceptional. It is beautifully decorated and spacious, and the bedrooms have comfortable beds. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the location is central.
