Everything, it’s a huge compound, we only stayed one night but really enjoyed our time. Staff was really kind to us. Girls at the front desk were very sweet, one girl was in training and helped me tremendously getting a lot of luggage to my room (my husband had to finish something so I had to check in alone) Bartender/waiter at the pool super nice to us❤️ Drinks & food were really good. We returned to the compound later that week for the hippie market which was cool

Deina is a wonderful and so friendly girl. Made amazing breakfast and helped with all questions there. The vibe and atmosphere there was perfect and stylish!

I loved everything about my stay. I did t want to leave😅. It was our first time in Ibiza and we were hoping to get a good place to stay and experience Ibiza. We chose AluaSoul after looking through other hotels and were pleasantly surprised that the hotel met all our expectations. We arrived late at 9pm. We met a lovely lady at the reception who told us to leave our bags securely in the store by the reception and go have dinner. We were hungry and tired so that meal was really helpful. We got our keys and went in our room and it was the most gorgeous view ever. We choose the frontal sea view room (I recommend this for a breathtaking view of the sea and watching the sunset). The room was spacious and clean. We found the style of the bathroom, toilet and handwashing basin placement odd but it was their style and we actually liked it. FOOD The food was amazing. The kitchen staff deserve bonuses for working so extremely hard every single time we went in the restaurant. We loved every meal and there was just so much to eat. We were all inclusive so we weee never hungry. The food selections were excellent as well. STAFF All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Shout out to Jasmine who was so exceptional and efficient at her job and always helping out with a smile on her face. They all deserve a raise. I am grateful to this hotel for being so considerate and letting us stay around and have lunch after checkout as our flight was in the evening. We weee allowed to use the pool as well until we were ready to leave. That was such a thoughtful thing they did. The facilities were brilliant. I didnt use the Sauna as I couldn’t get any chance to go there. However I was by the pool mostly and it was very clean and you can always find a bed to lay down. We paid 20euros deposit to use the pool towels which we collected back during check out. Not sure what I am leaving out. My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much and we will be staying at AluaSoul when next we visit...

The hotel was conveniently located, the Ferry was across from the hotel, grocery stores at walking distance, variety of restaurants around, live music near by. Regardless, that it didn’t have a pool on site, there is a public one just across the street on the side from the hotel, nice and clean. The best of all, a safe place!!

Excellent value for money since it included breakfast. The pool seemed nice and the beach was close. Large selection of food available for breakfast.

They were changing towels everyday, the place is extremely clean and smelling amazing. Breakfast, simple very very functional. Good and comfy mattress. A step away from the beach and around good restaurants.

The breakfast was very extensive, every day there was variation between the food. They regularly came to ask if we needed anything else from the menu. The location was excellent, super beautiful, nice beach bars nearby. You had access to the sea and all facilities in the hotel itself. The staff was very friendly. They regularly asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything. The person who helped us the most is Xavi, super friendly person, always cheerful, happy to help you, funny and you can ask anything you want.

This hotel is a jewel!!! Beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms and the kindest staff!! Just a top place overall, everything was absolutely perfect!

Spacious apartment, with everything you could need. Lovely to have breakfast supplies (coffee, chocolate powder, milk and cookies) to get started for the first night

We know the area well and have looked at staying in the apartments before. All was good, clean friendly staff etc. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Great location and the staff was very friendly! They let us borrow umbrellas and coolers which was amazing. Overall we had a great time and would recommend Zodiac Apartments.

I arrived at the hostel with my friends for a hen do, and the place, location, staff, and overall quality of our experience exceeded all my expectations. The rooms had everything we needed and were cleaned daily. The swimming pool area at the top of the cliff provided a beautiful space to relax. Also, do try their paella!

The apartment was very clean, the staff very helpful.

The peace and tranquility. Farm land and local resident away from the evening noise of town. Pool very private and quiet.
