Everything were just great and the staff excellent :)

We did an 11-night all-inclusive stay at Barcelo. It was incredible! The food was excellent every day. There was a cuisine theme each evening. Plenty of entertainment opportunities and games were offered to keep guests entertained. I personally chose to sunbathe, use the gym, and sit at one of the three bars where you could get all the drinks you wanted. The staff was incredible - nice, helpful, efficient. The hotel itself is huge. You will get a map on your arrival and then use the hotel app for the first two or three days but then it becomes really easy to navigate. We went to stay at Barcelo in November, and the weather was 25-29 C almost every day.

Everything was good. accommodation, staff, food, facilities.

It was a nice and clean place with good service. The staff were very helpful,especially the receptionist Stefan. All the staff were very nice. I also really liked the pool which was very clean and just the right size pool. I really liked how clean the residence was as well, very good cleaning service and well maintained.

Exceptionally clean and well taken care property. Lots of plants. Two terraces with a seaview. Grill on the terrace.

The hotel looks amazing, clean and fancy. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. A lot of activities to do while staying at the hotel !

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here while celebrating our anniversary in Tenerife. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. We also really appreciated that after we checked out, they allowed us to store our luggage at the property for a few hours while we visited one last tourist spot. This was very convenient, and there was no extra charge. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely come back to this apartment on our next visit to Tenerife. Highly recommended!

The property was spotlessly clean and in the perfect location for our stay Excellent value

The property was very calm specially during the night so very peaceful night for the kids. The swimming pool is amazing and the life guard was very nice. The receptionists were very kind and responsive to any request. And we highly recommend it, wat better than the properties near the crowded beaches specially for the families

Very cute, confortable and clean place. The staff looks after you..very professional!

Location was good for my purposes…to be close to the marina and close to the airport. The size of the “living room”was good for being able to unpack and spread stuff out to repack and organize. Would be good getting gear aired out if returning from a hiking trip, bicycling around the island or returning from sailing the seas.

staff were wonderful, the place is beautiful, would definitely return. able to cater for our vegan & gluten free dietary requirements - big shout out to Jonathan who looked after us and made us confident the food was safe for us. thank you!

Very authentic in quaint village conveniently located. Beautiful views. Innkeeper was great. Breakfast was terrific. Thermal spa and sauna were added bonuses!

We were two families for a week, very convenient location if you want to travel all over the island by car. Great eco breakfast with local products and helpful staff. We wanted to visit the spa or gym but could never get in as they are available from 10am to 6pm.

This accommodation was very clean and modern with good kitchen facilities anc the pool area also nice and relaxing. Was close to supermarkets, pubs and restaurants

Quite big rooms and kitchen Its a quiet place. Bit far from town as its down the hill, Have to walk uphill. Good exercise going up and come down.

Apartment gives independence is wonderful you have own washing machine on cooking stuff

Style, attention to detail and the staff were excellent.

Everything there is nothing I didn't like she help us with everything even she tell us where to go and where to stay in which beach we should visit she's awesome
