Everything....staff , cleanliness, food......just loved it . Good value for money , would love to stay next time at this hotel. Very good place for families with kids , highly recommended:).

Really interesting place. Fantastic facilities and super helpful staff. Further, everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Finally, the breakfast was excellent and you can enjoy a very good pizza from Wednesday to Sunday.

The amount of choices, and the freshness of the food

The king size bed was exceptional. Breakfast was very good in my opinion as well.

Room is very clean, TV has mirroring capabilities from mobile phone (could use youtube), Everything felt very quiet. Even being right next to the train station, we could hear nothing from outside the room or hotel. No experience of breakfast as we were too tired to get up before 11. Excellent choice if you know you'll be exhausted the day after and have to catch the train as you can just cross through the yard and get directly to the train station. Excellent hospitality from staff whether it came to providing extra towels or glasses. You also get ice cold tap water from the sink, which is always great! The room was nice and cool on arrival.

We had a nice stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice.

The location is lovely, close to nature and walking trails.

Location, self check in, coffee provided, bright and big rooms, always hot water under the shower, possibility to make simple meals...

Perfect location in center - buses are very close. Breakfast was also very good with a lot of variety.

It was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed. Price is reasonable, its in the center, staff is very friendly and helpful, it is very clean and beds are super comfy🥰🥰 i loved this hotel. I would definitely stay here if i ever get to Tampere again and i would recommend this place to others visiting Tampere ❤️

Kauppi is a really nice small scale hotel that had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and smiling. The room was big enough and I liked that there was a fridge that wasn't filled with overpriced drinks - I could actually use it for my own stuff. I also enjoyed the breakfast. It wasn't crazy big, but I had no trouble getting my belly full. I didn't use the pool, but I did use the sauna, which was available between 19:00 and 22:00. The absolute best thing for me was how quiet the place is. I'm a really light sleeper and often have trouble sleeping. I can't even remember when was the last time I slept so well!

Fortunate to have a room at the corner of the building with view to river and city and nice to have a window that opened. Beautiful place. Waterfront terrace/bar a pleasure after a long drive.

Uumen was a great place to stay for the night - a very comfy bed to sleep in with no unnecessary extras. For a longer stay I would maybe choose a normal hotel room but when you just need somewhere to sleep and store your things in, Uumen's capsule rooms are the perfect choice. The toilets and wash rooms were very clean and not crowded, so they were pleasant to use. Also the other facilities were clean and tidy, and the vending machines in the lobby were great for snacks. Uumen's location is very central, and the Lidl supermarket right next door was a good bonus.

pleasant room, delightful breakfast, good value for money. right next to tram 3 to city center just 30 min away. Duo shopping center 2 stops away. nice pubs within walking distance. after checkout, the staff let us stay parked there til late afternoon. would return happily.

Nice hotel with small SPA zone. Location is very good and view from top floors are pretty good. Staff is very kind.

The lady at reception went way out of her way to help my son locate his carry on which he mistakenly left th the rental car garage at the Helsinki airport. She won the lottery for him as they located his. Bag. Amazing dedication to helping a guest

I liked the set-up of the hotel. It had an industrial but modern feel. The room felt spacious with the smart organization of the furniture. It was nice having a coffeemaker, silverware and other supplies for food/drink preparation. The staff communicated well regarding the check-in information.
