Air conditioner works well. Great view of the Eiffel Tower and Montmartre. Neat room and bathroom. Tasty and varied breakfast. Very convenient location for Gare du Nord and Stade de France

Very clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, getting us checked in early. They were fun to talk to! Breakfast was good and we liked having a parking lot for our car, not having to worry about on-street parking.

Absolutely, it was the right choice. Everything was perfect

super good value, not far from the highway if you come by car, free secure parking, very clean rooms with everything you need (we had a cabrio room for 4 nights with privat bathroom), nice and friendly staff, we felt really welcome, nice neighborhood with supermarkets, bakery, a lot of restaurants/ take away and only 10 min walk to the metro station and a 15 min ride to the center of paris, fantastic

The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was fairly comfortable. One of my favorite features was the wall decorated with images of famous sites from around the world--it added a unique and inspiring touch to the room.

Bedroom was clean, it had AC, the bed was comfy and the bedroom in general was in really good conditions including the bathroom. Staff were nice and helpful as well. 10/10 all the way through.

Staff was very welcoming; excellent English spoken. Room very clean and very functional. Quiet. Breakfast was very good and restaurant/bistro in the evening was excellent as well. Location is such that I wouldn't recommend talking a walk in the evening, but during the day you are close to where you have to be.

I am writing to inform you that the conditions at this accommodation are completely unacceptable. The property is extremely dirty, there are very strong odors, and the overall state of the facilities is very poor. Given these unsanitary conditions, it is impossible for me to stay. I have only slept here for one night, and I am checking out and leaving right now.

I loved the room; clean, comfortable even though room is of fair size, silent, great Tv signal and variety of channel options, bathroom clean and warm.

The property is in close distance to Saint Denis Universite; where the direct bus to Beauvais Airport operates. Very helpful staff and easy to contact.

The space were neat and clean, the facility includes all the necessary items even if you plan to stay longer. Great for travelers who likes to explore.
