Excellent hotel and couldn’t fault the staff

The staff went above and beyond in every aspect. They were kind, gracious, and extremely helpful. The location on the beach within a quick walk to nearby stores, restaurants, and archeological sites was amazing. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and I had an ocean balcony view that I could have spent all day staring at. It was beyond my expectations and a wonderful place to stay with a great staff and delicious food.

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location, within walking distance to everything — the port, beach, restaurants, and city center. I highly recommend the Deluxe Panorama Rooms — the views are stunning and the comfort is great. The staff were friendly, especially the room cleaner, who greeted us with a smile and positive vibes. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Panagiotis was there from first to last minute for us to make our holiday perfect. He arranged the best local restaurants and gave tips for best beaches. Also he made our car rental very easy by arranging it for us. It's a very close distance to the town. I would recommend renting a car to discover other areas too. Panagiotis you are the best.

This is a modern, comfortable and spacious apartment. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The washing machine is quiet and effective. The balcony is extensive. I really enjoyed my stay.

Nataliya was a great host, fast replay-kind. She also let us do our check in 3 hours ago and she gave us bigger room with no charge. Every facilitiy details are enough and clean Location is almost 15 min to the center by walking and it was okay for me but with luggage it can be tring for other people Also there is a possiblity to use shower and luggage room after check out. Thanks

I liked everything about this apartment! I wish I could have stayed longer! I gave it a good for location for folks who have difficulty walking it’s a tiny bit of a walk to main port area …it was perfect for me!

We can't recommend this property enough -- walking through the front door, you take a step back in time... But with all the comforts and amenities of the 21st century! Kosta was incredibly warm and welcoming, explaining the history of the house and the traditional way of life it recalled, leaving us a bunch of local products to start our stay, and giving us the *best* recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. This place (and Kosta's advice about what to eat!) made for a wonderful stay in Kos... And we already can't wait to come back!

The furniture, AC, interior quality, welcome drinks, clean and neat.
