Beautiful clean place! The location is great only 5 minute walk from the port. The owner Mr. Dimitri is very helpful with anything you can imagine like organizing a cruise for us and inform us about all the places and sightseeings. We will definitely go back

Loved everything! The staff were amazing! The rooms and the grounds were perfect! Located in such a convenient location, 5 minutes away from restaurants and shops. Airport right near by. Such a great time. I’ll definitely book next summer!

The waterfront location is absolutely stunning as are the facilities, high quality terrace meals, spectacular sunsets, beautifully appointed room (103). The staff and service was exceptional and a special thanks to Yanni’s help and amazing tips and also Vasilis who makes the best Pina Coladas on the island. 🍹🍹Every other member of team did everything to make your stay wonderful. This hotel is great value for money. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The views are gorgeous and you are right above the famous fisherman beach of Klima. The breakfast served is very comprehensive and you eat on a terrace facing a beautiful sea view. It’s a very peaceful and beautiful place.

The perfect stay in one of the most beautiful places on the island! The restaurant next door is so handy too. Being on the water is needed as it gets hot and most other places in the area would not have direct beach access!! It is a bit of a hike up to the main towns so unless you want to get a bit sweaty definitely rent a car or ATV to get around/see other beaches on the island. The locals in Klima as well were so friendly and kind.

We loved the unique vibe, location, and all the thoughtfulness of the host. Thank you for providing some basics for our arrival, it really helped with the kids :) The beds are very comfortable, we loved all the extra towels and everything was very clean and charming.

Highly recommend staying at Kalimera & Apoplous Boathouse! It was by far the coolest stay and experience we have had! The renovated boathouse is clean, homey, and had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay. The location was superb and we had the most beautiful view of the sunset. We even rushed back from dinner so we could see the sunset view from our boathouse rather than the restaurant because you really couldn't beat the view! It was such a charming stay and we would definitely stay here again. Also, the host was super responsive, helpful, and friendly. We communicated via email and whatsapp and they were super communicative in meeting us at the boathouse to help us with our bags and show us the boathouse and answer any questions. They also provided us with great recommendations in the area.

Great location right next to the water. Very clean and new studio, well equipped kitchenette with a nespresso machine. Excellent service. Not bothered at all by passersby as the unit was on the upper level and towards the end of the cove.

The property was extremely unique and so close to the water. The spacious deck was absolutely heavenly space to relax and nap. And when all the sunset cruises from Adamas simply come and watch the sunset right in front of Klima you know you’re in the right spot.

The property is quite sweet and comfortable. We really got everything that we would expect from such a stay and could enjoy our time there.
