United StatesEmmanouils place was just what we needed! The property is a short drive from the town of Kapsali and Kythira and one of the best beaches we went to on this trip - Chalkos. The property was wonderfully quiet and very spacious. Large room and balcony gave us plenty of room to rest and recharge. The owners are friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful room in a heritage house with stunning ocean and mountain views. We arrived late and Marianna welcomed us. Marianne was a wonderful host, with lots of helpful information about the island and made great coffee too!

Very clean and renovated room with spacious and modern bathroom. The location is very good - close to restaurants and cafes and ideal if you want to explore the main villages of the island. The hostest was really nice and helpfull. Highly recomended!!

This home is beautiful, it’s located in the heart of Friligkianika, with a gorgeous pool overlooking the lush green mountains. It was peaceful and great for families. We each had our own privacy, which was nice. The kitchen was fully equiped to be able to cook for the whole family. There are 2 large outdoor tables, one overlooking the mountains and the pool , the other one is downstairs, where the bedrooms are situated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for anyone staying in Kythera.

Maximum attention and kindness from helpful owners.
Wonderful house in a high point with amazing views to south sea and even a rare view to Jora castle in the distance.
Nice rooms, decoration and lovely atmosphere, open wide spaces inside. Great kitchen. well provided, and huge terraces outside to enjoy conversation and cookin’!

The room has one of the best balconies in Kythera center. It is located on the central street which is convenient, it offers a magnificent view and is on the center road of the town. There is a supermarket underneath, and bars and clubs are a few feet away. Also you can park really close to the room even in high season.

View from the balcony is stunning and lovely at night too with the lights and the castle lit up. Tom was clean and neat. Easy access with key in lockbox. Front door of room is on the edge of the road but once inside it’s surprisingly quiet. Christina was helpful answering messages. Parking near the property can be tricky at times but there is a huge free carpark 5 mins up the hill.

It had a great location, just a short couple of minute walk to the beach. The terrace was great to relax in the shade. The owner was really friendly and the property was very clean and tidy.

Everything was just perfect, the house, the cleanliness, how comfortable it was, how cozy and spacious at the same time. Every item in the house was useful, carefully placed so we'd find it easily. Host was super friendly, proactive and very helpful in like, everything

The room exceeded our expectations by far. It was very spacious and clean and included a lot of amenities that we didn't initially expect. This made our stay very pleasant and we always felt at home. We stayed in the room on the first floor which was obviously recently renovated. The rooms are in a very quiet location in a remote village. Ximena, the host, was extremely helpful and contacted us even before our arrival to make sure that everything was ok. A highly recommended place to stay if you're visiting Kythira

Efthimis and Roula were exceptional hosts! They advised us with multiple recommendations of the island. The house was great, super new built, very clean, modern and with all the amenities! The terrace was very serene great to chill during the afternoon. The location is very convenient allowing to visit most places within maximum 15-30mins driving. Highly recommend it and hope to revisit soon!!
