Cute property! Great staff! Hidden away so it’s quiet.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Panagiotis was there from first to last minute for us to make our holiday perfect. He arranged the best local restaurants and gave tips for best beaches. Also he made our car rental very easy by arranging it for us. It's a very close distance to the town. I would recommend renting a car to discover other areas too. Panagiotis you are the best.

The tenant is very nice, helpful and provided us some good advices with respect to greek food. Loved it

The hotel had a very peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The pool area was relaxing and stylish, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Especially thanks to Theodore 💐

What an amazing place! Exactly what I was looking for — a smaller, quiet, and friendly hotel. Everything was perfect: the room, the pool, the food, the beach, the sunset and especially the lovely, always-smiling staff. I would like to give a special mention to Michales, Rosie, and Eirini— thank you for your kindness and warm smiles. You truly made my stay unforgettable! I am hoping to be back soon. 😊

Everything was amazing. Right from the hospitality of the staff at the reception, the folks in the dining area, and everyone. The view from the balcony was amazing. It allowed us to even take part in the night events straight out of our balcony. The location of this hotel is still good given how scarce public transport can be and even at times the availability of taxis. It's about a 5km walk to Kos Town and largely flat. The spread of breakfast and dinner is also amazing, there's more or less something for everyone with ample options for vegetarians as well.

The house is huge and ideal for families and a group of friends. It was super clean when we arrived and looked even better than in the pictures. It has anything might someone want for their holiday. It’s also 5 minutes away from Kos city center by car. I would definitely choose this house again in the future.

Such a lovely place! Location is great, you have by your side the biggest super market on the island (superbly convenient), car is needed to go around though definitely but it’s a must in general in Kos island! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, the hosts are welcoming, kind and helpful! The highlight for me was the outdoor terrace for sure! Definite recommendation✨

Everything was perfect. The pool was exceptional. It’s sth uncommon on the island. We didn’t want to leave house. The location is not in downtown that makes it calmer and tranquil but it’s very close to the downtown. Plus, it has various big supermarkets close to it. Decoration is impeccable and very Cycladic.

It was spotless clean & brand new. The hosts left a basket of different nice treats & a bottle of wine which was very nice! Great communication & easy to find.

Nice traditional house, off the city center, on the road. Enough room for 4 people, lots of food inside the fridge (thank you!), all clean and tidy.

They even gifted us a lovely item typical of their village, which was a delightful and thoughtful touch. The house itself was brand new and exceptionally well-built. It had everything we needed and more. Upon arrival, we found water, bread, milk, jam, and other essentials, making our stay even more comfortable and convenient. We genuinely hope to visit again in the future. This place is highly recommended for anyone looking for a fantastic and memorable stay.
