Mrs. Despina welcomed us very positive everyday. Hotel was very clean and smells so good. Room service is 10/10 also. The area is good. There’s no problem about free parking. I would choose here again.

Very beautiful and nicely finished property

Staying at Kasaviti Hotel feels less like visiting a hotel and more like being welcomed into a family. The building carries the charm of time, and you can see the love and care poured into it — from the pine trees planted around it 20 years ago to the thoughtful touches that reflect the owner’s respect for nature and his plans to renovate with the same dedication. What truly makes this place special, though, are the people. The owner’s genuine heart shows in everything, and Xrhstos and Fotis go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their kindness, attention, and good energy turn every moment into something memorable. Thasos is wonderful, but Kasaviti makes it unforgettable.

Comfortable and cozy stay, excellent breakfast, variety of choices. Plentiful public parking. Private & public beach 100 meters away, possibility of ordering drinks from the hotel. The location also has a nice outdoors pool with bar. Shops & restaurants 600 meters away.

The service at Alea Hotel & Suites really made a difference. Every member of the staff was attentive, from the reception desk to the restaurant team. Our room was cleaned daily and always looked neat when we returned. The beach area is very accessible, and the water is perfect for swimming. The meals offered a combination of local and international dishes, and we enjoyed trying different options each evening. It felt like a high-quality and well-managed resort.

Semih is very helpful and kind. Hotel is clean and 1 min walk from a tranquil beach. Breakfast is the best.

Everything was great!The room was big and comfortable, clean and the cleaning lady was cleaning very often and she was super kind, the owners also was very kind and helpful.The location was great, next to the beach.There is very nice pool in the garden with bar, also they have big free parking.Great value for the money!

Hotel is wonderfull, hosts are very pleasent, place is very calm and clean. Cleaning and changing sheets and towel every other day. Clean pool, comfortable rooms, clean kicthen.

Loved the room, it was cosy, clean, everything is new. The pool was clean and warm. Location is perfect, the beach is located on a 2 minute walk, so is the pharmacy and supermarket, lots of beach restaurants with tasty food. The host was amazing! We were having car trouble, and he immediately was able to help us find a rent a car for a very low price (also lended some tools to fix our own car). The villas are very new, everything is clean, the location is not overcrowded, perfect for couples or families with children (in the bigger villas). We had A/C, a stove, a fridge and the pool was infront of our villa. Parking is awesome, because there are pleanty of spaces infront of the villa. The bed was also very comfortable. 10/10 recommend!

The room was very spacious,we had two balconies and this was very pleasant for us,one of them was more than large,there is a fridge and an air conditioner in very good condition,like new!The bathroom is pretty small,but you don't need more than that!Good value for the money!And another thing,please visit Napoleon Taverna,the food is absolutely delicious and fresh!

Everything is amazing, from the location itself to the room and amenities, services and the amazing hospitality of Stella. Everything is spotless, the garden with private sunbeds and access to the private beach is a place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The rooms are incredible, you have everything you need to feel like home. Definitely a place to return! Thank you!

We arrived at the location earlier than planned, but Chara welcomed us and had everything prepared. She also recommended good places to eat and swim, and. Nice beaches to visit. The room was very clean and the mini kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, including coffee. The location is child friendly and very nice for a family stay. All the nice beaches are within walking distance a the view is better then the pictures.

The property located almost on the top of the mountain provides a great view on the area and a beautiful sunset. Was the great experience to stay here and enjoy the silence and beauty of the island.

Clean and quite. 5 min walking to the beach. A market nearby. Parking on the street exactly at the location. Nice patio with barbeque grill. Good and quick communication with the hosts.
