Super friendly hosts and amazing views - right next to the sea. Highly recommended.

Staff was 12/10. Kind and helpful and let us use their phone when our credit card got blocked. They offered extra toiletries and pillows as well and even though they were very busy, always made time for chats. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

During our summer trip through Greece, we stayed in several similarly rated hotels. However, this one stood out as the best. The location was excellent for sightseeing and going to the beaches. The parking spots on the ring road were very convenient for us. The food was outstanding—we had dinner at the hotel twice. What truly made this hotel special was the very kind and well-trained staff, who spoke excellent English and provided us with all the useful information we needed. This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations.

Kosta was amazing host and made sure nothing was missing during my stay. Always friendly and eager to help, down to the food recommendations in Tolo which were spot on.

Our second visit. We got our favourite room (33) overlooking the mountains and bay. Well appointed and comfortable flat, with complementary shower gel and regular service of apartment. Towel/sheet change every two days. Cleaning every day. Coming back to treats, pastries and cakes after days out. The staff are just lovely.

Everything was fine. A very comfortable place. The kitchen is very well equipped, the room is spacious, modern, the swimming pool with bar is very nice. Impeccable cleanliness and last but not least, the view from the balcony of the Aegean Sea. Thanks to the owner and his team. We hope to see you again in the future vacations.

Flisvos Royal Hotel & Suites provides excellent accommodation. We stayed for 4 nights and everything was perfect - the room was nice, the beach bars were 3 minutes away, and the pool was great. Also, the staff members were polite and friendly.

Super nice owner and stuff, giving you local travel advices. Great ocean view, beautiful pool, wonderful breakfast, free parking. Close to beach and restaurants.

The view of the sea and the sky is unbeatable. Just sitting on the balcony is a pure joy in itself. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff amazingly accommodating. The mattresses were very good quality. The air-conditioning worked flawlessly. It's a pet friendly hotel, and my puppy really appreciated this. On the whole, a decent hotel.

Everything!!! Newly built, modern, amazing water pressure, great size rooms, great views off the balcony, parking, close to the beach, pet friendly, amazing family run operation. Leo made us feel genuinely like family!

Everything was as expected, really nice environment, clean, staff very kind and accommodating, location very close to the beach. Breakfast was very good, a lot of choices ( even better than others I've had at 4* hotels)
