Amazing location. The view from the rooms was stunning! Aron, the owner, is a really kind and helpful guy, friendly and keen to help in anything you need. The food was good, and overall, the experience was wonderful. As a place in a remote island like this, you can't expect the best facilities but they were in good condition and clean. The bungalows, bathrooms, and dining area are well cared out and clean. There are nice spots around the island to watch the sunset and do snorkeling. They also offer great tours around the area.

Staying at this homestay in Raja Ampat was truly a magical experience. The natural surroundings are absolutely breathtaking — crystal-clear water, lush green islands, and some of the most beautiful marine life I’ve ever seen. It feels like being in a dream. The whole environment is peaceful and untouched, allowing you to fully disconnect and enjoy nature at its purest. If you’re looking for a simple, authentic, and unforgettable experience, this place is perfect.

The host family was great and always available and very accommodating. The food was some of the best we had in RA. They have starlink when the power is on in the evenings.

Fantastic place! Stayed 4 nights. Very clean, very comfortable and roomy bungalows. Smartly done with all the European amenities included. Comfy big bed. Hot water shower. 24/7 Electricity. Free WiFi. Tasty food. Beautiful views from the room. The dive center is too-notch. Nice gear and boats. Entire staff very friendly and accommodating.

Idyllic...what a pleasure. I stayed in the Sunrise cabin overlooking the sea, and the whole time I had to pinch myself. It exceeded my expectations. The reef was dreamy. The staff. The rest of the guests. Silence and peace...you couldn't ask for more. Oh yes...the dive center was very professional. I know I'll be back.

It’s hard to describe how wonderful the experience at Yenatar was. First, it’s located in paradise. The private pearly white sandy beaches, the crystal clear, warm water and the lush jungle filled with cockatoos, couscous bears, sugar gliders and more. Next, the accommodations are extremely well laid out and have everything you need. The diving is unbeatable. We are not ones for a live-aboard as appreciate the comforts of land and this was delightfully remote while still being accessible. We often found our dive guide gesturing 🤲🏻 at everything around us because it was impossible to pinpoint any one thing as everything was astounding. The boats and equipment are top notch. The privacy and protocols of their dive boats and guides and as good as its gets. The food was excellent and varied. They were extremely were accommodating regarding allergies and everything was delicious (thanks to Ricky, the chef). Lastly, the staff overall were incredible. It’s very rare you have a place this nice that still manages to feel cozy and like home. The staff are so warm, communicative and kind. Clara, Ain, Farrah, Maria, Vandi, Sam, Byu and Matt and Amanda: thanks for making our stay so wonderful! Our only regret is that we can’t come back right away.

This place is an amazing gem. We loved to be around nature, you could hear the animals across on the mangrove going about their day. The reef is a bit of a swim, but is in great condition - you can also see lots of unique marine life next to the rooms, where you have a mix of coral, grass and mangrove. Baby sharks swim the area in the mornings, and you can expect some exotic bird to fly by. Room was excellent for families, and food was prepared with care. Everyone at the property was super nice.

If you are looking to find yourself in the most simple place with the perfect basics essentials that you need to enjoy a kind of paradise , this is the place ! The host is wonderfully attentive and reserved and present and also all the snorkeling excursions they offer are amazing and SUPER Recommended !

Supernice rooms right on the water at one of the nicest locations on Arborek. Pretty much all of Arborek is a village so it is walking distance to everything. It was easy to arrange transport to Sehati through writing messages with the host, and when we arrived he met us and showed us to our two fantastic rooms. The rooms have comfy beds and good fans to keep cool during the evening and night. Food at Sehati was very good and they managed to vary it a lot and make sure it was enough for all of the guests. One day a family arrived late to the property after all lunch was already eaten, but they improvised and immediately cooked extra eggs so they wouldn´t go hungry! Another family at the homestay decided to expand their stay here with several more nights due to liking the place so much and I can absolutely see why!

I loved the place! That reef that you see in the picture has the most amazing corals and sea life. It's perfect for snorkeling or just swimming. Paulus is a wonderful host, very proud of the beauty of the islands where he lives, and he will take you on an amazing trip to enjoy this paradise. He's very into nudibranches and little ocean creatures. He has few books about the ocean life in the dining room to enjoy. Regarding the bungalows, they are comfortable, with their own bathroom and a table to prepare your morning tea or coffee. They will bring you the rest of your breakfast. Lunch and dinner are really good! The atmosphere amongst the people who stay in the bungalows is nice and friendly. We all shared great times together, even though we met for one or 2 days. And the highlight of the accommodation is Paula, the cure cuscus who loves bananas. I'm so happy about choose this place to stay. I'll be happy to come back in the future!

Great location of you look for a private and calm island. The food is amazing and everything is super clean. He also offers trips which was a nice adventure.

We really appreciated the communication with Athus. Every evening he comes to discuss and plan the activities for the next day with you and he also accompanies guests on the boat, which makes everything very easy and personal. The view from the bungalow and the accommodation itself are beautiful. The food is excellent and there is always plenty of it, and the staff are very kind and friendly. With a bit of luck you may also see dolphins in the area. They regularly pass through here early in the morning and we saw them several times. Unfortunately, because of the relatively high boat traffic they usually don’t stay long.

Friendly, helpful, food was delicious

Avinsea Homestay was our second stop in Raja Ampat and we really loved it. The homestay is in a secluded bay with incredible snorkelling, you really don't need to go anywhere. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Super friendly and helpful staff that made our stay at Indos truly special. Also, the owner / manager / host was rather laid back and not at all territorial like some other home stay owners in Raja Ampat.
