What a wonderful gem of a homestay in Moni! John and his staff are utterly delightful and will truly make your stay here special . From advice about what to do and see in Moni, to arranging transport to your next destination , to wonderful groups meals and sharing of knowledge on customs and traditions of the region… this is a real memorable place. Best place I have stayed in Indonesia so far !

I definitely recommend staying at Hoja Homestay! The room is big and clean, the house is really cosy and the family is the most welcoming and gives you the best advices to visit the city and around. You'll feel like home!

ALL. It locates in Moni, the best spot to go to Kelimutu to see sunrise. The host, Billy was amazing, he was so helpful and managed everything well. He helped to get a ride to Kelimutu and also the travel to go back to Ende. The room was comfy and huge, I love the fresh smell linen that made me slept really well. The place was near to small river so you can hear the soft stream in the night, so peaceful. The breakfast was simple yet so tasty, with generous portion of coffee! Love it so much. I def recommend this place if you wanna have a comfy stay at Moni.

It is in very strategic and quiet. Also the owner was very friendly. The room is simple yet have everything you need. Mr Robert and family was very warm and we have dinner and coffee together. Such a pleasure to stay at Palm Bungalow 🙂

We had an absolutely incredible stay here! The rooms and bedrooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The entire property is comfortable, charming, and perfectly located near the Kelimutu volcano. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and genuinely attentive, making us feel at home from the very first moment. As for the breakfast—it is simply incredible, super generous, and the perfect fuel before or after a long day of exploring.

The view at night to star gaze was perfect. Clean and spacious room. About 30 min from the Kelimutu lakes. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Would recommend and stay again.

Amazing breakfast - so much fruit! One of best views and away from road noise. Only 3 rooms so not too busy, comfy bed, warm shower, very clean. Owner’s place so very secure. A 5 minute walk to “center” of village. Amazing host - speaks english fluently and gave many tips for places to eat and things to do nearby.

Brian and family are very nice people. No problem with Brian organizing tours or travel forward. We had two breakfasts at Hidayah-both different and both delicious and plentiful. Best shower we’ve had in a while and comfortable bed. Very good value $$$. Across from Mopi’s bar and restaurant which serves good drinks and food. Thanks again Brian

I really enjoyed staying at Andy’s Lodge. The place is simple but has everything you need for a cosy and comfortable stay. The view is beautiful, the breakfast is good. And most importantly, Andy and Doping are very welcoming and always ready to help. Chatting with them makes the stay even better!

Easy to find and across the street from a few places to eat. Also really easy to get up to Keli Mutu.
