I can't recommend this place enough. The staff took such great care of us—our room was cleaned beautifully, and every detail was looked after. The breakfast was delicious and really satisfying. But what truly made our stay special was the people. From the warm smiles to the kindness and gentle nature of everyone working there, we felt genuinely taken care of in every sense. It's the kind of experience that stays with you, and we will cherish these memories for the rest of our lives. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, heartfelt experience.

This hotel is a very great deal and it’s the perfect spot for a quiet getaway! The beach access on the property is a beautiful secret spot and the two pools are great as well. Breakfast was very nice and fresh and all the staff were very friendly!! You will however definitely need a scooter to get around the island from the hotel, as it’s on the very top.

Very beautiful, amazing location and great staff. But as soon as you set foot near the restaurant there was a underlying smell of sewage. I’m sure it will be fixed soon or maybe I was there the wrong time of year but it didn’t encourage me to get the food at there restaurant.

Location just in the right place close to everything, pool and bar services amazing

We stayed at the Cliff Villas on the recommendation of friends who had previously stayed here. The view from the room was exceptional. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cliff Villas.

The concept is really good, it could be noisy with the rain for example since it is a tent but was completely ok for us, and the tent is really luxurious with air co, shower, toilet, big bed, plenty of light, possibility to open or not each side. The location is good since it is a bit far from center and so the tourists, and next to the blue lagoon. Most of the tents are facing the sea which is wonderful. The main restaurant is well designed, full of bamboo, and you can eat some really good meat. Also the staff is really kind and available for any request, they will also facilitate your transfer from your boat to the hotel and vice versa. The swimming pool is stunning wirh the feeling to be in the sea. You can also see turtle and manta in the sea from the pool.

Excellent location tucked away from the busy main street. Peaceful setting with amazing pool. Breakfast was brilliant too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

Everything new, clean and great location

The huts were lovely as was the view & grounds. We were upgraded to an ocean view hut. It was quiet, peaceful and the hut had been recently renovated.

Kindness of people. Nick was extremely helpful. Perfect location for those who like peace and quiet. Stairs can be demanding for not fit elderly people and coach potatoes ( there was a guy I believe in mid sixties running this stairs through times faster than I did ). If I have opportunity to come back to Lembongan I definitely choose Nick’s place.

Great location and a very comfortable stay. The staff were excellent — very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They also helped arrange our transfer to the ferry, which made everything much easier. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Naturale villas. Very attentive staff were happy to help with anything you need. A beautiful villa we shared with our 4 kids that was everything we needed. The restaurant was such great value, yummy and easy right next to the pool. 1 minute stroll to mushroom bay. We hired surfboards and got some fun waves. A further few minutes walk to restaurants and shops up the road. Overall great stay and very good value!

Location, few minutes walk to dream beach but still walkable to all other parts of the island.

The staff here are excellent! They were very accommodating when we extended our stay twice and everyone was lovely to talk to. Whether it was recommending places to eat or helping us get a scooter. The location is great and central to everything. It's perfect if you're a surfer because you're less than 5 minute walk from the shipwrecks break. The rooms were nice and clean and they will reset your room if you ask for it done. The breakfast was a huge plus as well

I seldom write reviews but I have to say this place is wonderful and amazing. The food served is also fantastic. The sea view spectacular. Everything is beyond my expectation.
